Hey frends, i havent been following this show for a long time. Just wanted to ask what is wrong with anand? does he have cancer or something that he's going to die? hw is he related to khanak and shan?

Hi Diya,

ShaNak had a fight and Khanak went back to Dulwahdhi....She met Anand on the bus and they became friends, since he is also from her village....

Hiten Tejwani is guess staring a Anand for a few weeks we think is has a heart condition, like SRK in Kal Hoon Na Hoon.....He is playing a cupid sort of character and will help reunite ShaNak😃.....
