I didnt get what avi sings for her while giving teddy to rubina can someone help and trnslate it to me

one more is there any SBB segment today where they show avina with teddy,some one posted on forum but there is nothing in that link

I think he is mentioning that this teddy is 5 th or 6th something like that, not the first one... and she was telling "do u need to sing that too" ..

Yes he sang "Paanchva Chaatha teddy hai" which meant this is the 5 th or the 6th Teddy to which Rubina responded that " Did he need to sing that also' an then he again sang " Jaan ke Bhi Anjaana" which meat Even after knowing u act as if u don't know..
