Rakt Sambandh ending anytime soon?

hi i m big this serial i love it ..there are many reason that chance a Rakt Sambandh is going off air soon

I'd like it to go on for at least a year. To answer each of your points, zaara

1. This serial has been thinly promoed: even major events, like Yuvraj's death, went unannounced. It says nothing about how long this show will go on;

2. Some episodes they show precaps, some they don't. Like they showed it the week the Jagirdars were arrested, then they stopped showing it last week. I have no idea of what their criteria has been for showing precaps, but they've been all over the place. Again, says nothing about the show going off;

3. Time slot - let's see what TRPs are after this change. They've been above 1, and week b4 last, it was 1.27. Let's see what it is now. I think it might jump since Neeraj & Sandhya are now an item. Plus, as has been pointed out, there have been successful other shows in this slot. Two things I like about it - it's not going to be pre-empted by any other serial's mega-episodes, and as you may have noticed, we get to post updates & discussions much earlier;

4. I looked @ Imagine's line-up, and the serial is telecast @ 12:00 noon. The other day (I don't have Imagine TV @ home), while visiting someone, I got to see the serial play @ 3:30pm. GkD plays 3 times in the day according to the schedule, and RS just once.

I think any new serial might replace the ones that don't seem to be going anywhere - like AkBA. As for RS, I think they'll run it at least for a year, w/ a new track of Neerdhya. From their experience, something tells me that the CVs will do a lot of twists & turns to keep it going, and probably end it on a high note when they're out of ideas. Also, given that Imagine has been more willing to end Bandini recently and not touch this, except for a time change, I think it is a lot safer. Plus since it's no longer opposite Uttaran, but has a rather limited competition, if it manages to be on and stay on top, Imagine may well keep it for a while.

I'm changing the title of this thread from 'Rakt Sambandh off air next month?' to 'Rakt Sambandh ending anytime soon?' That would make it less shocking then it currently needlessly is.

I don't have Imagine tv in TV so no idea about promotion and repeats , But Imagine never promoted this show show well . They have given such a interesting show in a weird time slot . Another bad thing they have completely forget about other sisters and there stories . but Still it is the best show on Imagine tv .

About ending they should end AKBA , which has never been on trp charts and have no viewers watching it ( I wished they continued Jyoti on that slot with Kabir's family)

Jyoti had grown old, and I'm glad Jyoti & Bandini ended. I think Devi was prematurely rushed & ended: instead, they should have had RS replace either DHKJ, or PKCM, which had ended around that time. PKCM was dragged, while DHKJ might have done well had Subhagni not been injured and the channel not wanted to end the show there.

GkD & KMH2 are good, but BAVD today looks like the successor of SS, Jyoti, Bandini, PKCM, Jamuniya, DHKJ in depicting doormat women. None of the other female leads presently (dunno about ABKA) - Arohi, Sandhya, Arpita, are doormats. Only Bharti is.

Currently, all the shows are new, & Imagine should stop looking for new shows until these have had a chance to display their real potential, like RS did. BAVD was doing badly, but after Rupesh grew a spine, it's suddenly on top. So Imagine should just let them all run, and if it sees a show is not changing no matter what they do, give the CVs there notice and ask them to wind down the show.

I guess Jyoti was partial doormat ... But the sad part is BAVD is the highest ratted show on Imagine .. That clearly indicates that People like their lead female protagonist to be a door mat

That looked like a week's blip last week - previously, when Bharti & Rupesh were all in full doormat mode, the show was floundering. Yeah, BAVD peaked last week, when Rupesh was creaming Bansilal & family!

RS - the show was floundering when Yuvraj & DK were discovering every way Sandhya was finding out the truth for herself & punishing her for it. After she regained her eyesight & went into Vrinda mode, the ratings started sky-rocketing. If you recall, at the time, the channel was considering pulling the plug on the show. OTOH, a month ago, when the question arose of discontinuing RS, it got rejected b'cos the shows doing so well.

well i had watched one epi of KMH2 & was pleasantly surprised by arohi. i proudly announce that she is no doormat. loved her in that epi where she gave the return gift to her MIL in return of the slap recieved by her MIL... & that's what i call a brave girl. after sandhya it's arohi who's another strong girl on the block...

sadly bharti is a doormat & nothing more... why don't the creatives give bharti a chance & turn her into a strong leading female character... who knows maybe the show will earn TRPs even more than 2.0... creatives just give it a try! the channel should not forget that RS which had almost ended bcoz of it's poor performance in TRPs suddenly emerged as a winner forcing the channel to wind up bandini instead of RS... all bcoz of the female character shown very strong who had the guts to go against all odds, yes no doubts RS had a lot of interesting twists & turns too...so the credit goes to the RS team for a plot which took the audiences by storm & found itself a good postion in the TRP chart.

i seriously want bharti to be a lioness like sandhya... if not then at least someone like arohi. well i always found arpita like a doormat in front of bhauji btw that girl who has married arpita's bro in GKD looks like another strong girl on the block though she's not the lead. but it's good that the channel is showing serials where the girls are shown strong rather than doormats.

& i don't think RS is ending soon. if the channel decides to end it by shifting the time slot to 7pm & not giving it proper repeat telecasts then the channel might have to repent on it's decisions later coz RS is another high TRP grosser for the channel

I'll wait to see what TRPs are for that time slot, but hope RS is leading among them.

As for Arpi, I think she's a bit like Jyoti - Jyoti used to be good in fighting for others, like Sushma, Pankaj, Asha, etc but lousy @ fighting for herself. Same w/ Arpi - she could never defend herself or her mom (Simple does a good job protecting her saas 😆) but she does a valiant job standing up for Avdesh against RV. If she finds out that bahuji is the one who knocked Avdesh unconscious, don't be surprised if she too erupts. So I am holding out hope for her.

I think Bharti too might revolt against Murli when she overhears him badmouthing & downright lying about her dad, but we'll see.

that's what i'm waiting for... the day bharti will stand up & roar at everyone. i don't like seeing murli getting beaten up all the time by people or police... but i guess i would prefer one slap on murli's face from bharti's side... for spoiling her life by lying to her that he would be a great husband after marriage especially when bharti had given him the option to call off their engagement

coming back to RS, i hope sandhya's character remains strong till the end. just imagine how might it look if sandhya becomes a doormat to neeraj's family after getting married with him... just like the creatives spoilt jyoti's storyline after shifting it's time slot... hope the RS creatives won't plan something like this so that the channel can end the show whenever it likes without facing any kind of negative feedback from the RS audiences😕 coz i hear there are so many shows lined up for imagine tv. i guess ratan's swayambhar will go on-air once ZKJ finishes. i wonder why most of the channels go for the 9pm slot when they have to show a reality show...😉
