PART 17

Muskaan, reading the diagnosis goes to the examination room where the patient is left after being diagnosed by the nurse. Muski didn't really notice the patient who was a young averagely built bearded Sikh man with a height of about 5 ft 5 in. As she looked up at him, she noticed him smirking. Irritated as she already was, she muttered under her breath-"Lucha kaheen ka, kudi dekhte hi laad tapakne lagti hai"

Looking at her patient directly, Muski tells him-"Oye praji zara tez saansein lena"

The patient grabbing Muski's hand mischieviously smile and goes-"Oye hoye, stethoscope wale haath itne naazuk bhi ho saktein hain? Teinu dekhke toh saansein waise hi tez ho jaati hain!"

Muskaan, becoming the irritated Punjabi Jattani-"Oye haath chhor. Dungi ek kheenchkar kaan ke niche, saari pharphari nikaal dungi. Patiala di Jatti hoon." Saying this, she raised her hand to give a tight slap to the joker patient who in front of her. However, her hand stopped midway, and her jaw hung in open air as she saw the beard slip away from the patient's face as he duked to save himself from Muski's famous Patiala slaps.

Muskaan shocked-"Atul?"

Atul being caught-"Hehe Muski, main woh.."

Muskaan pulling Atul's ears-"Achha, Atul ke bacche, tu mere upar line maar raha tha. Dhongi kaheen ka…Chal bata ab yeh nautanki kyun?"

And then Atul takes Muskaan out of the patient room, where she gets another sweet surprise.

Muskaan-"Sir aap?"

Dr. Shubhankar who had come with Atul-"Haan Dr.Muskaan, kaisi hain aap? Aap toh humein bhool hi gayi. Chaliye, hum aapko lene aaye hain. Keerti I mean, Dr. Keerti bhi aapko yaad karti hain"

Muskaan-"Par Sir, main eise kaise aie wain chal sakti hoon?"

Shubhankar-"Well. Agar aapki friends ki shaadi ho, toh jaana toh to hoga hi na?"

Muskaan not understanding-"Sir"

Atul pipes in to tell her-"Arrey Muski, Armaan aur Riddhima ki shaadi ho rahi hai. Agar tu nahin hogi, toh bhangra kaise hoga?"

Muskaan brightening up-"Haan yeh baat to sahi kahi tune. Main soch bhi nahin sakti ki Armaan aur Riddhima ki shaadi ho rahi hai.Ab toh jaana hi hoga"

Saying this, Muskaan hi-fived Atul and Shubhankar.
