PART 15

Gupta House: Armaan, Riddhima, and Atul coming in

Padma greets them. Asking them how come they took so long

Padma-"Itni dair kyun hogayi tum logon ko?"

Atul-"Woh Aunty, Ridzy ko kuch lena tha market se isliye thode late ho hum sab"

Padma-"Oh achha. Main toh bhabraa hi gayi thi" Then seeing Riddhima more closely, Padma is shocked.

Padma-"Riddhima, yeh tumhari maang...Yeh kya hua"

Riddhima clueless on what to say, and how to say-"Mama woh uhm.." Padma starts looking towards Armaan-"Armaan?"

Armaan silent with his eyes downcast not knowing what to say.

Atul-"Aunty uhm..."

Just then Dr.Shashank enters the house. Everyone's attention is diverted towards him. He looks for his daughter, and his eyes get set on her blood filled maang.He looks once again at the young man who has willingly done so much for his daughter, her honor, and the Gupta family prestige.

He addresses Riddhima and Armaan in a firm voice-"Armaan, aap kaafi thak gaye hoinge. Jaaye, fresh hokar aa jaayein dinner karne. Riddhima beta tum bhi fresh ho jao"

As Armaan and Riddhima leave, Atul tries to explain to Dr.Shashank & Padma about the cafe incident.

Atul-"Sir, Ma'am baat woh huyi ki...Aap Armaan ko galat na samajhein"

Shanky-"No need of explainations Dr.Joshi. Mujhe sab pata chal chuka hai. Padma humari beti bahut kismat wali jo ussay ek eisa saathi mila hai. Uski izzat ki khatir, Armaan ne Sanjeevani mein sabki bolti band kardi uski maang bhar kar"

Atul getting relaxed and happy-"Yes Sir. Armaan Ridzy se bahut pyaar karta hai"

Shanky smiling-"Aur isliye, maine Billy aur Anaya se baat ki, kal hi aa rahein dono. Shaadi ki tareekh fix karne. Dr.Joshi bahut kaam hai, aur aap toh Armaan ke bhai hain. Kaafi busy raheinge aap in aane wale do hafton mein"

Armaan & Ridzy's happiness knows no bounds hearing this as they descend from the stairs to join them. Both smiling 1000W smiles.

Shanky-"Aur aa gaye yeh dono. Chalo Padma. Aur haan Anjali se bhi maine baat kar li. Shaadi ki baat sun woh ab next week hi aa rahi hai. Kaafi excited thi"

Atul going in his trance-"Anjali..."

Armaan whispering to Atul-"Champ, sapnon ki duniya se wapas aa jaa abhi. Khana ke baad chale jaana ok?"

Atul-"Haan, tu theek kehta hai. Chal khaate hain"


Patiala:

Muskaan in her cabin at the hospital, opening her drawer, and taking out something.Her eyes fall on her 'mock' wedding picture. She looks at it, and sighs-"Kyon Rahul, tu eise muh pher kar chala gaya" A small tear drop falls from her eyes.

Just then a nurse calls her to check on a patient -"Dr.Muskaan, itthe ik patient aaya hai ji, zaara aap please dekh lo".

Muskaan gives the picture a last look, and places it safely in her drarwers once again; and addresses the nurse-"Theek hai, BP sab check kar liya na?" and gets up to see her patient.

Nurse-"Haan ji"

Upcoming- Ridzy sneaks in Armaan's room to ask Armaan for a promise next morning. Armaan, Atul, and Riddhima thinking of how to unite Rahul and Muskaan.

PART 16

Gupta House: Ridddhima's room at night:

Riddhima's happiness knows no bounds realizing that the dream she dreamt with open eyes is finally going to materialize, uske dil ka Armaan uski haqeeqat banne ja raha hai. She is estatic, and unable to sleep. She wants to meet Armaan but knows it is not right to do so at this moment especially knowing her father is in the house. She ponders whether she should call him so late 'would he be sleeping already?'

Suddenly her cell lights up. A text message from Armaan she sees-'Are you asleep? Call me when you see this. ILU'

Riddhima smiles reading the text and calls him with mischief playing in her eyes-"Hello Sir, hamari company credit card ka ek naya scheme promote kar rahi hai"

Armaan who was expecting Riddhima to call, gets irritated -"Arrey mujhe nahin chahiye credit card" Suddenly he hears giggling from the other end. Verifying the number that called in, he starts to smile,and plays along-"Actually hmm, zaara yeh baatayei kya yeh scheme newly married couples ke liye hai. Actually you know what, aap apna scheme mujhe in person kyon nahin samajhati. Wo zyaada achha rehega."

Riddhima-"Woh, woh hum aap se milne nahin aa sakte hain. Hum ja kar clients ko in person soliciting nahin karte"

Armaan-"Oh yeh baat hai. Koi baat nahin, main hi aa jaata hoon aap se milne. No problems.Yeh bataayei, kaise aayoon, aapke bedroom ka door knock karke ya classical khidki ke gateway se."

Riddhima-"Armaan! Nahin tum eisa kuch nahin karoge"

Armaan getting more mischievious-"Riddhima, batao na kaise aayoon. Main jaanta hoon tum milna chahti ho"

Riddhima-"Nahin nahin, maine toh bas tumhara text padhkar call kiya"

Armaan-"Jhoothi! Suno agar tum chaho toh eisa karte hain jab tak Anji nahin aati, main hi Anji ke bed par so jaata hoon, tumhein security dene ke liye raat ko. Dekho kitna considerate hoon main"

Riddhima-"Armaan!"

Armaan-"Achha suno, tumhare gussa hone se pehle main kehna chahta hoon ki aaj main bahut khush hoon. Ek sapna tha, aaj woh sach mein dheere dheere badal raha hai. Thank you Riddhima, mera saath dene ke liye. ILU"

Riddhima-"ILU too Armaan. Chalo ab thoda so jao. Kal tumhare parents aa rahein hain. Unse bhi milna hoga. Phir shaadi ki preps karni hogi.Goodnight & sweet dreams"

Armaan hangs up-"Goodnite Basket aur mere hi sweet dreams aayeinge tumhe" and then thinking to himself 'ab bas kuch din aur uske baad tum hamesha mere saath hogi Basket. Meri Basket Armaan Mallick'.


Siddhant's House- Nikki and Abhi present taking take care of Sid

Abhi-"Bas ek do din complete bed rest.Then he'll be normal"

Nikki-"Sid lucky tha, iske rib cage mein koi injury nahin huyi. Atul bata raha tha ki Riddhima ne sahi samay par aakar Armaan ko rok liya."

Abhi-"Yup, he's lucky alright. Pata nahin kab sudhaarega yeh. Iski immaturity hi iski sabse badi problem hai. Future ki vision hi nahin hai isko"


Next Morning, Gupta House, Armaan's room:

Armaan sleeping soundly with a small smile on his lips. Riddhima sneaks in his room with something in her left fist. She closes the door, and sits on the bed looking at Armaan thinking 'kitna innocent lagta hai neend mein.Bilkul angel ki tarah. aur yeh jaag jaata hai, bilkul ek number ka badmaash'

She proceeds to run her right hand fingers through his soft short black hair, and leans to kiss his forehead.

However, suddenly she feels she is gripped by the waist, and the next moment she realizes she's lying on the bed with Armaan in front of her smiling naughtily. (Note Aside: This is like the replica of the KaSu moment! They had the some real nice moments, that's what I watch instead the current episodes. Chain milta hai wo dekhne se, varna mera BP high ho jaayega, aur mujhe doctor ki zaroorat par jaayegi, aur Dr.Mallick yahaan nahin hain North America mein!!!!)

Armaan with a huge grin-"Good Morning basket. Tum yahaan kya kar rahi ho? Kal raat ko toh nahin, nain keh rahi thi, aur subah subah hi mere kamre ghus aayi? Itni bechain thi raat bhar?? Log kya kaheinge Basket. Especially tumhare Papa, oops I mean mere respected Sasur jee"

Riddhima-"Oh shut up Armaan.Chhoro mujhe. Badmaashi mat karo"

Armaan playfully tightening his grip on her small wrists-"Eh hello, badmaashi main nahin, tum kar rahi ho ek handsome single jawan ladke ke room mein aakar chupke chupke! Tumhara kya bharosa? Meri izzat par aa bani hai, aur tum kehti ho main tumhe chhor doon jo meri izzat lutna chahti hai! And by the way, I'm already committed"

As his grip gets tighter without his realization, Riddhima screams a little in pain-"Ah ouch"

Realizing that he unintentionally hurt her, he lets go of her wrists and kisses them. Riddhima looks at him affectionately and thinks 'He looks so strong from the outside, yet he is so vulnerable like a child' and smiles. Armaan moves apart, and Riddhima gets up.

Riddhima-"Armaan kehte hain jab ek baar kisi ladki ki maang bhar jaati hai, toh ussay apni maang khaali nahin rakhni chahiye. Issay apshagun hota hai." Then she opens her left fist showing the sindoor box to Armaan. "Yehi lene kal main market gayi thi. Armaan main chahti hoon ki jab tak shaadi na ho jaaye, tab tak tum thoda sa hi roz mujhe secretly keshon ke neeche laga do." Then looking at him with hopeful eyes-"Kya tum karoge?"

Armaan looking at the love of his life, overcome by her love for him is in complete blissful shock. Unable to speak, as the magnitude of his happiness can not be measured, he simply nods yes with tears of happiness flowing from his eyes. He slowly comes towards her, takes a small pinch and puts it on her underneath her hair so that it is not evident. They both look at each other. (Tu hi mera Armaan hai plays in the background).

Padma knocks on Armaan's room-"Armaan beta, jag gaye? Chalo naasta laga doon"

Armaan and Riddhima break from their trance, Riddhima goes and hides under the bed! Armaan opens the door saying- "Ji main abhi aaya, bas 2 minute."

Padma smiling-"Achha theek hai." and she leaves.


As soon as she leaves, Armaan closes the door, and Riddhima slowly gets out. He goes to her, and she is a little scared, tells him-"Ab mujhe jaana chahiye"

Armaan taking her in his embrace, unable to resist teasing her -"Kitna darrti ho tum!" Saying this he kisses her hands.

Riddhima shying-"Armaan! chalo hatto, jaane do. Mama ki help karni hai mujhe"

Armaan-"Ek shart par"

Riddhima-"Shart?"

Armaan-"One kiss"

Riddhima-"Armaaan!"

Armaan-"Tumhe Saasu Maa ki help karni hai ki nahin"

Riddhima seeing no other option, gives in to his demand, and offers him a little peck on the cheek.

Armaan releases her saying-"Oye hoye Soniye. Main mar jawan"


Mumbai Airport: Shanky receiving Billy and Anaya who have come as per his request.

Shanky-"Hey Billy"

Billy-"Shanky my boy" They both hug, and Shanky greets Anaya-"Hello Anaya ji"

Anya-"Hello Bhai sahab, kaise hain, aur main yeh kya sun raho hoon"

Shanky-"Haan Armaan ki treatment Chicago ke Dr.Neil Singh kar rahein hain. Aur Armaan-Riddhim aab shaadi karna chahte hain. So I guess jab miyan biwi raazi toh kya karega kaazi! Maine aap logon ke rehne ka intezaam bhi kar liya hai. Chaliye, Main aapko wahaan drop kar doon"
