Its debatable I guess. I myself dont drink tea or coffee.

I feel one must brush teeth before hitting the bed. Now when you get up first thing in the morning, it may be okay to have tea before brushing. The reason ? If you put sugar/honey in your tea, then it is as good as eating candy ....and its not good for your teeth. So one must brush after drinking tea or coffee otherwise those its gonna make stains on teeth. The sugar in tea is not good for health of your teeth as well and may lead to cavities etc ...so its better to drink tea first and get teeth brushed well ......

Green tea may be a wiser option though :)

EDIT.: @ Anjali ...thats a very cute DP with those cats 😛

Alright ..I see another persepctive here. I mean drinking tea in the morning is fine ...nothing wrong ....but expecting your wife to give it to you everyday is not fair . One should NOT treat their spouse like a slave 🤢

But we should blame our culture and male dominated society for that too :)

But this is what we saw in ME episodes right ? Someone like Nigam were very dominating ......I have seen many families like this ...its not uncommon unfortunately 😕

Hope situation will improve with time :) ..........The another solution is to STOP drinking tea altogether 😳😆

W*F is this.. there are millions of husbands who never send their wives to market to buy grocceries and do that themselves for years.. do they become servants!!
We should not copy western concepts brainlessly.. every society has their own culture and this is nothing but a common work division..Did the guy force his wife to serve him even if she is ill etc?
Slavery comes only whn someone is forcing.. if the wife is happy.. who the hell ar we to become moral baba and comment on others..
Let us stop preaching anywhere everywhere. very easy to comment on others..

Awww ....my favorite disciple Akash baby ...🤗 🤗 .

I can easily tell that you never participated in healthy debates right ? You won't get so personal otherwise in the first post 😳 Can I suggest anger management classes 😳 😆

In some cultures they also talk about spouse washing hubby's feet with water and drink it .....do you support that as well ? How do you know if women happily do it or not ? 😕 Just because women do not complain, it doesn't mean that they are happy doing it. Awareness would be key to bring the change. And look at some posts in this topic from female member, they clearly do not like this attitude where women are treated like main or servant. Please re-read all posts in this topic.

You changed my name from forum baba to moral baba ? LMAO 😆

Learn to take things lightly buddy. Its my personal opinion and I have every right to express it. If you disagree, do present your views.

By the way, do you enjoy your bed tea everyday ? 😉 😆

And millions of wives who do everything by themselves, from market to bed tea, full day work, no thanks-----so what are they???? even sunday Mr. Pati wants special khana and long time sona----where is the wife's sunday???

Most guys opt for working wives (isnt that a western concept???). So if the ladies help outside the man have to help inside. Even if the lady is a homemaker--the men dont realize her work is 24/7 no break--so they should try to give her a break. it is not forcing the wife, it is what they expect from the wife to do, day in and day out.
Slavery comes only whn someone is forcing.. if the wife is happy.. who the hell ar we to become moral baba and comment on others..
Its not about slavery, it is about the Indian Male Mentality in general (kudos and hi5 to all men who are changing and do treat their wives well). I dont think anyone here is preaching, we are just venting out our feelings about the backward attitude out society seems to suffer from (eg--pls just see most of these men on the show and now wife bina life show)
Let us stop preaching anywhere everywhere. very easy to comment on others.
Again, not preaching, but the working nonstop wife is a just a common picture of many homes, sad but true........

Well said Pratts :) 👍🏼

I wasn't surprised to see this double faced approach. I've seen some ppl who give long lecs about equal opportunity for both genders and at the same time they keep dominating their wives at home. I am not generalizing this though. 😳

@ Akash

Some men do ask their spouses to make tea as if they are ordering Tea in a restaurant. There are men who never go to kitchen to help out wife . Even if wife is ill, they still won't do much housework. And all wives may not be happy with this treatment but for them marriage survival is the big fear ..specially in our society. Also your statement about men taking care of grocery and all other work does not make sense either. Long ago, when society was very conservative ppl wouldn't prefer woman to go out and do all this .......but now world has changed ( in case you didnt notice)

And ofcourse we are not talking about every family here. Not all men do treat their wives like servant but some do. I dont know if you read out newpaper and all but specially in villages woman still suffer mental/physical abuse.

I am not preaching anyone here. And why did you even think my single post on this forum will influence anyone ? 😳 ...Aww ......people dont care much about my nonsense posts so get rid of any misconceptions 😆

Enjoy posting here and looking forward to some healthy debates 😃

Well talking abt bed tea my hubby always likes bed tea and i make it for him everyday....simple bec i am the early riser.......but theres no fixed rule coz whenever i dont make it he makes it for both of us. plus hes always helping me around with housework, cleaning, hanging out clothes to dry etc etc.......hence i feel the issue is not just abt bed tea.. its abt a partnership. marriage is a partnership where there is a give and take.
abt Sujit Raote i felt he never gave and only knew to take take and take. there r many such indian wives who place their husbands on a pedestal that the husbands cant bear stepping off it later on....partly i feel the wives r responsible for the same and partly the mothers bec a lot of indian mothers still pamper their sons while they train their daughters in the kitchen.
When will this male dominated society end?😔
