that TOI article is not very concrete... it does not give any specific sources... who told the reporter that DD's mother does not want her to sport a baby bump?? where did they get such info from?? it could be true or not true... but at the end of the day that measly article does not tell us anything more than plain rumours... it's silly to jump to conclusions and bash the poor girl without even knowing the whole truth... to all the people who are bashing DD - has that girl given any reason for complain during all these months?? so why assume things now? peace out... lets not make bashing people be it the actors or the CV's our prerogative...

😛Viji, a great topic that needs to be posted time to time. Realize your concern for these actors. You are always there to bring in the balance.
As the topic relates to 😳Drashti Dhami, I am very proud of being on screen relation with DD. I think she is a very powerful individual who is able to tansgress conditioned spaces and narrow opinions through her instrumental acting skills.
We need to look at Drashti from a larger perspective and not through the eyes of others or even media gossip. We have a relation with this girl on telly. We need to understand her through her interveiws and honest appraisals given by media. We need to love her through her superb acting. Bashing her as an actor is unethical and uncalled for in todays times. The watch word for the present times is "be on the move". In that context actors are always on the move and taxed to no end. What they do with their personal lives is garnering the strength to revitalize themselves in the time they get to themselves, or when sporting fun or fulfiling personal duties, is really their time out. So
in all honesty, bashing DD for what she said or what was said about her, what she does or how she does things, is really small minded behavior. Pressurizing actors who give us top entertainment is uncalled for.
Now for those who happened to be defensive about GC, they could also start posts which show concern and love for him also. And there are plenty of loyal fans for GC too.
I am a part and parcel of this lobby that stands for anti-bashing. Let us not stress DD for her honest opinions or the choices she makes. Even if she did not have the 'so called bump' we love her for carrying this BSK in her. She was able to give us the best 'baby scenes' with her 'hand gestures' or 'pain for the baby' that made us realize the social issue and message of bringing this baby into this world.
Cheers.

Ya i guess an actor has entire rights on what she or he for that matter is comfortable in like Kissing scenes & romantic scenes or even having a baby bump all should be a choice of an actor but yes i think if this was the case cv's should have knocked off the track of pregnancy not make it such a big issue.... as it eventually makes viewers feel bad that track looks unreal on screen...
