Ranbir Kapoor has called off his first world tour presumably because he isn't yet ready to match the rival stars. She has canceled it as he wants more zing in his performances there. After all, he has to face Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu and Malaika Khan who have their respective item numbers "Sheila ki jawaani", "Beedi jalaile" and "Munni badnaam" to dance to their tunes. So, Ranbir prefers not to go on stage until he has that kind of thing to flaunt. You may recall that in 2010 only Rishi Kapoor had said that one can't go on a world concert without a bank of songs. But, Ranbir's close associates were counting on the music of his next release 'Rockstar' to be his USP. Unfortunately, the situation is different.

Even his family members apparently feel that his first world tour would make little sense if AR Rahman's tracks from 'Rockstar' are missing. Ranbir can only perform to these tracks if the film releases before the concerts are scheduled. And, the movie's release is uncertain because of the uncertainty of IPL matches. Though producer Asthvinayak says 'Rockstar' will be releasing as per the schedule in 2011, but it's not yet pucca (confirmed). For Ranbir going on a world tour without the Rahman songs makes no sense. This is the first time that Rahman has scored music for a Ranbir starrer, according to father Rishi Kapoor. Hence, Ranbir's concerts are postponed to April 2012. He wants 'Rockstar' and 'Barfi' to release before that.

Besides, Ranbir is faced with another trouble too. Priyanka Chopra's amends with Kareena Kapoor has opened a new chapter of animosity among 'Anjaana-Anjaani' co-stars (Ranbir and Priyanka). Buzz has it that the two young actors chose to ignore each other at a recent fashion show where many celebrities from the film fraternity walked the ramp. Though Piggy Chops and Ranbir shared the same green room but did not even exchange greetings. Piggy Chops was busy catching up with the other stars present but ignored Ranbir. The Kapoor also behaved the same way. As we all know that the sore point between the 'Anjaana' and the 'Anjaani' is Katrina Kaif. Apparently Kat was not happy with Ranbir's growing friendship with Priyanka. This is another matter that Shahid Kapur, Priyanka's beau, does not appreciate her proximity to Ranbir.
