I'm feeling very hurt & ashamed: Sonu Nig - Page 2

Sonu is a good singer but even he needs to do some politics. No one dares to go against Lata in musicworld for known reasons. A commen sense question of why there is one latha in a country more than a billion people leaves one to search for many answers. If someone thinks only Lata is gifted then my opinion is, sorry there were plenty of singers in India of Lata's calibre. Then why did she suceed most? Some honest people around should share their opinions

don't want to upset anyone - but there is only on elata Mangeshkar becoz she has an awesome voice period. That having been said - she may have been at the right place at the right time - but needless to say without her voice - it wouldn't have happened. Why is it that we have to look at anything beautiful and try and find faults with it? Can we accept that she is a great singer period. Do u think people all over India would accept an artist as we have done her - just becoz she is a good politician?? something to think about.

My liking or disliking Sonu has nothing to do with it. And I'm not talking "nonsense" its an opinion I'm stating & I believe in, if either you or the other member do not agree/or dont like it doesnt become nonsense. Either you didnt read my post clearly or you chose not. I said that SOME people DO consider him all the things you said about him but a whole lot of people dont consider him the "Best Singer Ever In The Country" as you said. There is no such thing as the "best" Can you say who is the best singer out of Lata Mangeshkar & Asha Bhosle? Its a matter of who you prefer.

About this leaving India matter. I dont know what year it was but it was after his release of "Love In Nepal" when Mr. Sonu Nigam had slammed & bashed India & the media. He had stated BACK then that in INDIA people cannot understand talent & how things in the West are so much better & different as they "Appreciate talent" & also his bitter interviews on the Vir Sanghvi "Star Talk". I dont know about you people, but I personally found that very, very offensive.

Lastly, the industry can consider him what they want, but I choose to make my own decisions. I dont have to be a zombie & listen to what people say about a person.
