I think Kinjal is going to reveal that it was a fake pregnancy before the Dhawal and family come to agree to the alliance, however Kokila will consider that Kinjal baby or no baby has ruined her reputation (lesson to all girls!), that if the Modi's went to look for a proposal, for her, from elsewhere to a family of equal stature, the proposal is likely to be rejected as society/community will assume Kokila and her family went to the doctor/hospital to remove the pregnancy/abortion and that the girl is loose/too free with her body. Therefore, with Dhawal and family agreeing now, they will accept the alliance and get her married off, in a way just trying to calm the situation.
