i did not like the caption/comment whatever on arjun-mohit pic, i know it is just a tabloid but they should be cautious about what they are printing/ implying about peopleI too found it offesive and intrusive. However I always feel that we imply more about ourselves when we make assumptions than infer the truth of the scene. I did not like my own implications and so deicded to make another inference.

Maybe its intensity could be attributed to Arjun's big brother attitude. Maybe he is upset that Mohit is taking his career too lightly, that he needs to proceed more determindly and with more zeal. He is laying down the law, like elders do, time to 'man up! Just another view point, feel free to ignore or scoff. 😳

It that grace that I just do not possess. You know that line 'work as if you don't need the money, love as if you have never been hurt and dance as if no one is watching' Well if the originator saw the way I dance, then they would remove that last part. I dance for myself, but in truth I am quite without grace.

did you know that madhuri and sanjay dutt used to date, i learnt this only recently, i was watching koffe with karan and KJ was asking asking questions like 'do you still love madhuri' ''what would you do if you are stuck in an elevator with her'' and he is like 'i still love her' quite some shocker. KWK has all the ingredients of a commercial bollywood potboiler i swear.Teju, I don't tend to talk about others, even if celebs AND even like here, they themselves talk about it. I mean, I talk about their character, their person, just not their personal life. A very fine line granted. Maybe let me say, like that picture above, I only want to know the 'good' things. For instance when Akshay Kumar gave up his award last year and instead giving it to Aamir Khan,who he thought truly deserved it. I had never been a fan of him as an artist but this one act made me like him as a person.

my IF story is not as good as your or divz. like i said, i watched mjht from day 1 and always been an MN pankha, they were going good but everything went down-hill post confession, first the horrendous date song then MN play locket-fetch, then came the jail track and nothing substantial for MN. i was looking for mjht website to see if it had some info on them and then came across IF. there was feedback section at that time, i skimmed through it, there was a fight going on, apparently MN fans asked for khabar nahi but it was being played for SG. but i also saw that there were some pretty good discussions were going on and i decided to keep visiting Although I had been a member of IF from around Jan 2009 for DMG forum I loved reading posts, especially Rinky and Divya 's, from around The Morena track, for that is when things began to fall apart for me, the point where even my imagination could not fill in the voids of missing chapters in stories. I would log on to read the episode update and THEN watch any scene worth watching, things picking up with the eve teasing track, which ending just brought me to a juncture of no return, so in a bid to say farewell, I posted my first and intended last thread, by coincidence being International women's day, and made so many friends in one night, that I couldn't leave. So i stayed on talking about the good old days, and then created Shilpa aunty thread so that I could finally discuss what I missed out on in the beginning of the Forum, and the rest is history!😳

sabah i am watching a little of many shows these days, i am not watching bones, i am not going to watch it until hannah bannana leaves, you have to update me. Haan, it has 'slowed' down but the last episode is Tempy heavy and she rocks! I think you should watch that one. i am watching the vampire diaries, it is a story of two vampire brothers stefan & damon and their triangle with a human elena and elena is a look-alike of katherine whom they both loved, died for and became vampires for. this is the central plot and there are witches werewolves as well. i know it sounds convoluted😆 but its engaging. i watch how i met your mother, hopefully they will show ted's wife this season, i am starting to think she is a figment of his imagination i watch castle as well, its anti-thesis of bones. richard who is a writer works with beckett who is an officer, they do not have the same depth bones has but are entertaining.Thanks for sharing. I think I will miss the first, not really into vampire stories, except Angel, how I met your mother, I only made it through to the second second and the last seems worth invesitgating. The shows I like always get cancelled. I try not to take it personally but sometimes it seems personal! I liked warehouse 13, their chemistry. Right now I am watching Deadly 60, a wildlife show meant for kids, presented by this guy, steve backshall, whose character I am very much enchanted with, enamoured by and endeared towards. 😳

as far as hindi shows are concerned, you can watch SGP, though i am not liking it these days, they brought a super annoying sona chick who is like a 5 year old kid high on candy but not cute. if you ignore her, the rest of the family are their usual fabulous self, i love the eldest brother inder and his wife ragini, tell me if you like them.Haan, a lot of people, whose jugdement I trust, like yourself have recommended it to me, so I intend to watch it. Now, the big question, are you going to watch Arjun's new show? Personally, I don't think I will. It is nothing personal against anyone, just a general avoidance of Indian Serials. I don't think I have the strong heart for them. MJHT was in a league of its own, if anything like that comes by again, then I will tune in, but otherwise, I will just stick to IF😆

the only thing worth watching these days are harry potter and koffe with karan. you have to watch HP7 it is fab.I know, people are still astounded to know that I haven't read it. I prefer non fiction or 'foreign' books. Maybe I will, I can't say never just not now.

divz i dont know if you watched but if you did not, watch it asap. it is the best of all HP movies so far. the movie ends with dobby's death, man i cried when he died, it was so heart-touching. rupert was his amazing self, he rocked as ronald especially where he walks out on harry, emma really improved she did pretty well, we could feel what hermione is going through but daniel was a disappointment, he was good in some scenes but rest he had a blahhh expression on his face which was freakishly similar to samrat. there is a harry-hermione dance as well, you will be surprised trust me.OK, this all meant zilch to me, sorry, however I am truly glad and happy to know that you found something to fill that void that MJHT left.

OK, now for the mandatory ponderance. Is it better to live in hope or be hopeless, accept and heal? I can not help but curse that remnant of hope, that last vestige that twinkles in my mind's eye, forcing me to hold on, unable to let go, to move on. I do not know when I began hating hope, for surely it can not be a good thing?! Maybe I want something too much, but then an end would end it all.

If the nature of hope is to strengthen our resolve why do I feel myself weaker the more time I lend it to 'leech off' my soul?

The budhist philosphy says that the source of pain is desire, which finds fuel in hope, so if I remove hope then I destroy the igniting flame of desire.

However this does not seem right nor good to me. Hope is surely a good thing? If we did not hope to live until tomorrow, then no one would plant the small seeds that become mighty oaks!

Rambling on as usual.. I always thought that MJHT forum is not as bad as it got in the DMG forum.. cos unlike DMG the show itself dint show anything that wanted people to pull each other's hair out.. Like the riddhima sid marriage and then going back to Armaan etc..it gets to people obviously.. Thank god for small mercies MJHT dint have to face such a miserable situation.. so the memories will be cherished.

Abt Arjun's new show, I dont think I'll watch it.. I happened to watch his co star ..she is really really limited with her acting skills (if I can call it that)..

I'll wait until Arjun and Rati take up a show together 😆 (see thats also about being hopeful..)

Although I am not so enamoured by Greek mythology, I do like them. People say so much about the Gilgamesh legacy BUT for me the Greek myths did a lot for people's understanding of human emotions. I loved the story of Prometheus as expounded in Aeschylus play , when he gives man fire and becomes cursed by the greek gods, and he is asked what did you give them and he says, 'I gave him fire and taught him the crafts' they say what else, ' I gave him FAITH!' In truth hope springs from faith, like the quote you bestowed upon me, truly faith is an anchoring element in the human experience. So as alluded by the line above, it doesn't matter if you have all the knowledge in the world, if you do not have faith for tommorrow, for the world, for your life, you will not be able to function for you would have given into despair, an emotion devoid of light and darkness, just numbness of nothing.

@ the green bit, I cant agree more.. Actually when people start wondering "whats the point of living" then there really is no point in living.. and as usual u have written that beautifully :)

none in particular .. i find them unusual..like some are emotional ..some are almost funny ..Like Zeus' lovers...he hides his lovers from his wife Hera(third one I guess 😆) ..and in one story he is with his lover IO and Hera comes and he promptly turns IO into a cow and swears he has never seen the cow before and Hera actually does understand he is lying but instead asks him to gift the cow to her...and he does cos there was no excuse he had 😆 ...

I often wonder what is the purpose of the story?? TO show men lie and cheat?? 🤣 or are incapable of being faithful?? 😆 or is it a story on how the first cow came about in the world?

I have Robert Graves 'The greek myths' complete edition, in my own library. I love the detail of it, but I fear it may seem a little more like a text book then general reading. Actually I think it is used in colleges as a text book😆

I do like textbooks ...😆 I used to love reading my school text books as well 🤣

As for Arjun's new show, although I am taking a LONG break from Indian serials, I know I will be tempted to watch Arjun's scenes on Youtube. If you and I have opted out, then I guess Teju (since she is last one to reply) will have to bear the burden of watching and letting us know what and what episodes to look out for, although I know that won't be a burden as such for her.

I caught the promo of the same, I m genuinely worried after seeing the girl cast opposite Arjun. I dont expect her to be as talented or beautiful as Rati but she is not any match for arjun. yes we can depend on Teju I suppose 😆 (though I m sure Teju wont have too many kind things to say about the girl ...) What makes makers cast some people in their shows..??

I hope Rati finds a good show too, which again I hope to find on Youtube.
