Just a random question:

Do Bollywood stars coming on TV shows make you want to watch their films? I personally like both Rani and Vidya, and was planning to watch NOKJ anyway because the promos are so good, but their appearance in JDJ did not in any way whet my appetite to watch it. On the other hand, the TMK promotion on the same show put me off the film even more.

It helps to increase the visibility and get a bigger opening, the first 3 days of a movie opening box-office wise are extremely imp and publicity helps, it has almost become manditory. Anyways, Rani is not the most personable being.. so i am not expecting her to woo people with her words, she is a delight to watch in movies though.. so i am gonna watch NOKJ in theater no matter what blunders she does in publicity. 😆
