No re, you get to see that kind of dhappamkottu style dance mainly in movies only............ And nobody dresses up like that, dhavani is a full length dress, only young girls wear those and I haven't seen people wearing one them unless they are going to temple or for some marriage or something or for some college/school events..... And no one ties their hair up like that either........
