When Dutta asked suresh, "Tu kiskeliye kaam kartha hai.. " i was thinking atleast he will go and figure out who tried to create this scene" but ...he just belived Sudharsan and left Suresh..I wonder, when he hav look at Nakku and kala before going to his room, one more photo was fallen(nakku with suresh) on the floor, he didnot even see it. Dutta is a Don, he should invistigate .. what ever is going on. Chaskar told he didnot try to kill Dutta.. Dutta didnot try to find out who TRIED to kill him OR DUTTA MAY KNOW THAT KALA IS PLAYING GAME AND STILL HE IS QUIET?? What is Bajji doing... he just let suresh to go .. Bajji went behind person who shot Nakku.. still no results. Bajji should figure out who is behind all this other than GRINING along With Madhu😡

I really don't know whether to contribute this to his drunken state but I was kinda disappointed with this scene because of the way it was concluded...very cliche'.....Unfortunately we knew how Dutta would react in the scene and we had seen the precap this weekend ample amount of time that when it came,it obviously wasnt a surprise....not tht his reaction wasnt beautiful...It was par excellence...but my main focus was on happenings post the count of 2....because tht was the surprise element...and we had lot of expectation out of the consequences after the count of 3 and well.....As always, Dutta leaves a track without concluding it....
I am very surprised...He stands by his wife but is not interested in knowing who sent Suresh....and would he let Suds or any 3rd person handle THIS affair?...This is personal to him and noone has a right to get into this, not even AS.....
Suds gives AS as an excuse....yeah!! u cant do blood shed in front of Aayi Saheb....yeah, AS is okie with blood shed as long as it is not in front of her eyes....she was OK as long as DP was being shot in front of her.....I wonder, how does Dutta meet her eyes when he comes drunk in front of her?...makes me wonder....
What i liked about the epi was Dutta and Naku's eye lock and the part of last scene where he opens up to AS about why he cannot forgive this dhoka inspite of the fact that he trusts her and acks her love....That was beautiful explanation...

Hi DD,
Yes, you are right as the scene ending up very cliche. Actually, CVs missed out on some golden opportunities in terms of adding to the script when there are real possibiliities such as Dutta associating the image of Nakusha in that yellow suit as the woman he, lovingly, made space for in his room just before DP's death. They make us cring with some of those awful scenes just ot drag the story and miss out on a real chance to integrate a romantic moment that Dutta and Naku shared just pre FR.
As to his missing out on all the nuances of possible collusion coming from within PN, Dutta is now famed for wearing blinkers. What jars is that he let somebody deal with a matter that pertains directly to Nakusha and himself, especially, when he makes his suspicion about Suresh's origin so obvious.
As to his convo with AS regarding the "dhoka", i have tried to analyse that in my post today, part of which I am quoting here:
"In Dutta's case, the emotional relationship/journey he was to start with Nakusha on his wedding night was supposed to be a process of self-revelation as in the recognition and acknowlegement of the individual image, mutual trust, comprehension and the feelings both Nakusha and he are supposed to share in the material and spiritual sense. This should have, actually, been the essence of their first day as a married couple. What happened on that night is history and a perversion of dreams that Dutta had of a life full of honesty and chastity because of this single but fatal misjudgment by Nakusha."
Kindly read the post titled: "Dutta's questions on the mirror of mutual trust" if you get a few minutes.

Beautiful Kavita....
I think the CVs were so engrossed in showing the essence of Dutta's trust in Naku that they didnt pay attention to its conclusion....They knew the audience would be in awe of the "surprised" reaction of trust and the failure of Kala's plan and hence, they ignored the conclusion....their objective was to show tht Dutta trusted Naku and tht was achieved....but I just wish they wouldnt ignore a vital element like this in future......
On the dhokaa....very beautiful put Kavita.....but I wuld reply to u in ur thread on this facet of the episode...
I wonder how I missed ur post....will run and check it right now...

I agree...its become annoying now that Dutta lets things be. Maybe 1-2 occasions are fine but not so many occasions.

Sudarshan successfully manipulated the situation by suggesting that the man was working on his own....and Dutta bought it! Well...you can assign that to his gadha-ness, but I'd go with DD that the makers wanted to concentrate on the essence of that scene i.e. Dutta's trust on Naku! And Dutta didn't let the man go....he left it on Suds to punish him. So, I was kind of ok with the scene. May be because I wasn't expecting Kala/Suds to get exposed.

But, yes, the writers need to be more careful while depicting aspects of Dutta's professional life....they seem to make use of it too often and too conveniently to take the story forward, without enough thought/care! It's a question of Dutta's credibility as a hotshot Don!

@Rosa:
I still feel that a hubby shldnt let someone else take care of this aspect of his life....Dutta shld have handled it on his own...Its so personal to him...as he said, tht Suresh made the gravest mistake by pointing fingers at DSP's wife....if he is so passionate about this, I dnt think he shld have left this on Suds....and let Suresh speak up and say tht he is alone....Why shld Dutta listen to Suds point over Suresh???
and do we really think tht he left things on Suds?....He wouldnt even ask Suds any status on this....and even if he does, which I hope they make him do, to salvage the situation, its gng to be the end of track...
would I want my hubby to leave the culprit so easily...or leave it on suds and ask for status....no...Not in infidelity's case.....I am so not OK with this....but will ignore like every incomplete track....

I get your point! But like you have said, Suresh was left to Suds because it was convenient from the story-telling POV! I'm still ok with the scene, because Dutta's reaction was so passionate! But, I'd want the writers to be just as careful in future in depicting Dutta's professional side, as they are in depicting his emotional conflicts!

@Rosa:
I know...It was all from the story telling POV...I mean, if if they wuld have showed Suds dng all ishaare baazi and then Suresh confessing tht he was alone and saw a chance to cash in.....
Oh I dnt know!! I am fed up....I know what the writers were trying to achieve here but I dnt want a hubby to ever leave an infidelity track like this!!!
Reminds me of my friend who was accused of infidelity by her in laws and the only thing she wanted was for her hubby to stand by her....The hubby obviously didnt believe it because he knew his mom well but he didnt even speak up....or take action and my friend hasnt forgiven him till date for his reaction....
and Suresh I guess wuldnt make an entry back in LTL, so, as well, dutta culd have killed him and sent the message across....dnt mess with DSP's wife....
The thing was his passionate reaction had been absorbed over the weekend and we all were very curious to know what happens after the count of 2.....so, obviously, this defect was not camouflaged by his passionate response....If they had not shown it in the precap, then probably I would have been basking in the intensity of the passion and wuld have not noticed this aspect.....
Anyways, Once again, I would let it go in the hope tht they conclude all the incomplete tracks since Day 1 and give each of them its due screen time to absorb and close....

I don't think he that stupid but he chooses to ignore because to him the whys are irrelavant to the truth that matters, which in this case Nakku isn't what was Suresh made out to be.
It is a flawed feature with Dutta's character that he doesn't question beyond the event or tries to find out why, his curiousity isn't there.
What's ironic is that in his drunken state he is able to see through people and reach out to Nakku as well as his sanity is intact. But in his sober state because he is aware, he is more guarded and unable to express they way he should, again a flaw.
One would think for someone who is always dealing with scums and Dons like Anna or Chaskar, his senses would be heightened abt the little things that make a big difference but here again CVs have shown us a contradiction that although he may be a savy underworld business man but as a person he doesn't have a clue what goes on under his nose. So he is not stupid but he chooses to be one at times. 😆 (or at least that's how Cvs have made it to be) Go figure 😛
