I would say Kites was the biggest flop because HR and his father never went wrong when it comes to hits. And plus the film was such big budget film. And the media made such a big deal about Kites flopping. We even had numerous topics on this forum about how HR's career was gonna be over because of of how a big flop Kites was ect lol. I wasn't really shocked that We are family and Ravaan flopped. I don't think anyone expected these film to be a huge hit. It didn't have big male stars in it. One had Abhishek in it the other Arjun Rampal... both have no boxoffice power compared to HR. Both of the films had bad promotion. We are family was a remake and it lacked entertainment. Ravaan just looked weird with the over top/scary Abhishek's face expressions. The promos of both films didn't excite anyone esp We are Family's promos.

I still fail to understand how Rakht Charitra is beating WAF and Ravaan....OMFG! RC was beyond horrid....Ravaan was way better than RC!
