I also think that Anjali wants Vasu and Amudha to unite.. hence the promise... the reason for CM calling it is betrayal... maybe Anjali wants to get married to the guy who raped her ? i mean before taking the promise.. she said that whatever she asks for is justified...soo maybe that's what Anjali wants.. cuz according to her, it is justified to get married to the guy who raped and plus she has the child growing anywayz.. I think that CM may find it a betrayal because she's been working so hard to get the criminals behind the bars.. so it's a shock that Anjali changed her mind.. plus she's also concerned with Anjali's welfare
