I do not like Veena Mallik due to the following reasons:- She thinks others should accept their faults but she herself never accepts her fault. For example, she calld Ashmit and rude and badtameez. If somebody asks Veena if she is ok and she says 'yes', then Veena will never accept that it is rudeness or badtameezi. Later, when Ashmit confronted her for this, she did not accept her fault even once. Rather she said, "I thought you were rude and I said it. So what is wrong in it". Going by this logic, if somebody makes a comment on Veena, then that also should not be wrong. But Veena does not accept that logic. We know this because she did not like Shweta making comment on her.
She thinks she will decide when others should speak. If somebody does not want to hear what she is saying, then she said very arrogantly "First listen to me", "you keep quiet", "I want to speak, who are you stop me?" etc. She does not listen to what others are saying and she keeps on making her own points. Still, when Ashmit asked Seema a question and Seema replied, then Veena told her very rudely to keep quiet. Veena's argument was that Seema did not know the complete truth. If that is the case, then Veena also should not make comments without considering the complete matter, but the fact is she often purposely ignores the complete matter.
Initially Ashmit was really opposing about giving that egg to Manoj and finally he said "ok give" when Manoj had said he did not want. Later, in front of Manoj when Veena was explaining what happened, then she told about only the last sentence of Ashmit and purposely hid the complete truth.
When Sameer fought with Dolly, then she criticized Sameer and told how the matter had come under control. But she ignored the fact that Dolly had been abusing people for many days and this fact was highly relevant there and hence should not have been ignored.
When Dolly came back the second time, then she criticized about Sameer to Ashmit that Sameer did not stick to his stand of leaving the house if Dolly stayed. But Veena said this without knowing the complete matter. For example, she did not know what happened outside the house when both Sameer and Dolly were out. If it is argued that, irrespective of the situation, one must stick to his stand, then let me say that we take any stand, then we do not think of every possible thing that may happen in future. Rather, we assume some scenarios and when those assumptions are not applicable, then the stand we have taken also may not be applicable. Everything must be understood in its proper context.
She says that she hates people who talk behind somebody's back but she herself is guilty of the same. Often she has criticized about other house-mates, such as Shweta, Sameer, Manoj, Khali, and Sara to Ashmit.
When she herself is wrong, then she proves others as guilty and then fakes her magnanimity by claiming that she is good to others even if others are bad to her. She did the same to Sara. When Sara had to nominate somebody, it was her call to decide whom she wanted to nominate. She had every right to nominate Veena if she so wanted. Stil she kept on telling Ashmit how much she was hurt by Sara and later she told Ashmit not to say anything to Sara. If she really did not want Ashmit to say anything to Sara, then why was she provoking Ashmit by continuously complaining about Sara? The reason is that she wanted Ashmit to fight with Sara but she also wanted to be on safer side by being able to say, "Oh, I had told Ashmit not to say anything to Sara."
During the awards function, she gave the award to Sara. In the speech, she said that she treated Sara as her younger sister although Sara had hurt her. On another day she said to Sara "Do you ever say sorry?". Sara said sorry to her and she reacted as if she was so sweet that she had forgiven Sara. But the fact is that Sara had not done anything for which she had to say sorry to Veena. But Veena has the habif of doing herself and proving others as guilty. Even when her fault is proved, she never accepts it; rather she tries to justify it.
Her behaviour with Ashmit and the way she advertizes herself in front of camera is extremely cheap and disgusting. Since she always keeps on finding faults in others and praising herself, she has convinced about herself to herself that she is perfect.
