only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches.....who are we to judge whether it was fake or real....anyhow one should not make fun of such things....coz anything is possible with human body anywhere ...anytime..

In case of speculation I will say......... She might have got sick from exhaustion from task and screaming unnaturally because she is basically violent in nature, so her expression of pain/sickness is also violent..............

There is nothing that leads me to believe it was fake. Gastric pain is truly unbearable and u do feel like dying if nothing is done. And it does go away within hours. And no, it isn't a disease! lol. And i don't blame dolly for screaming like that either. It hurts...a lot! so yea, there was nothing in there that looks fake to me.
