raining inside Shamar's house...???

If I am not mistaken the area below the stairs is covered...

lmao that's what i thouht initially, but then i realized that 1) they weren't under the stairs...they were in that open space kinda thing 2) lots of houses have that open area which doesn't have a roof, but the entire surround part has a roof....

idk if that makes sense, but I know that one of my family's houses back in the village in India is actually designed quite similarly....with a part of the house without a roof just for some ventilation, etc😆

hmm.. i don't think it's the angaan.. it was actually the area that they step into once inside the entrance...!! It's where Shamar cuts the wood...

And I am sure there is some sort of roof or something...

anyways.. it was funny...
