@nuralin smriti didn't move on. She married karan for the sake of purva's happines. Mihir's behaviour is showing that his love for smriti never meant anything as said by soni2004. Sirf apnay ghar mein jagah denay se kuch nai hota, mihir should atleast talk to smrit, make her comfortable but he's totally ignoring her.
