In today's show if Abhay sees the photo of new Kkusum and thinks it's someone else then shouldn't the hospital staff at least tell him that Kkusum had plastic surgery? or is this new Kkusum already married to the doctor? 😕 😕That would be a horrible twist.

i think the new kkusum sint married to the doctor but the doctor will probably fall in luv wid her int he next couple of episodes and bout the hospital telling abhay well dats jus ekta crap
