jus now saw d Promo..1 hour special episode on Friday

it showed Prem n Nandini got married and Dr.Kalyani is welcoming them..and when they bent to take her blessings then a baby was shown crying(in shadow)

Ya u right Tanya..thats the secret..looks like Nandini was in coma when she had the baby..i had heard of a story of a woman who delievered a baby when she was in Coma
