"I am happy to be doing roles in films that I am being offered. It is not like I have disappeared or I am out of work. I only take up things that I really like. At this age, I really cannot expect film-makers to cast me in roles written for teenagers," she justifies.
Though at one point of time the actor was one of the top stars, today Juhi has no qualms admitting that she is no more in demand. "I am just gladto know that people still want to see me on-screen. I have worked with the best people in the industry and will always be greatful to all those concerned but I can't do all those roles again. What is done is done. I have no regrets and right now I am happy and content in my own space."
Delving into her role in Onir's film, Juhi says it is that kind of film she always wanted to do. "I play an important part in I am Megha. The film is about real people and it addresses real issues. I am really happy to be working with Onir because he handles sensitive topics like these brilliantly."
Remind her that this would be her third film with Onir and she smiles, "My association with Onir goes a long way back. I really like the kind of films he makes and I am hoping this proves to be lucky the third time as well."
