I didn't know about Guzaarish being a copy of this book. :/ But as soon as I saw the first promo of the film, I did know that it was an exact copy of an extremely famous and critically acclaimed Spanish film named "The Sea Inside (Mar Adentro)". So sad how so many of these hit Bollywood films are copies of other films from around the world...
