I'm sure it can be discussed w/ adults, though not kids. And in any case, the show ain't exactly 'in your face' about Yuvraj's sexuality, although it happens to be the underpinning of all the crimes the Jagirdars are committing. I mean, anyone can watch the show, and the description of Yuvraj as 'neither man nor woman' is adequate enough to be clear to anyone that him marrying anybody would be cheating that person.
