Indeed he's an incapable attorney. I wonder how he managed to be the only successful criminal lawyer in the whole city. Soon after listening to Karan's version of the story he blindly believed him without a question. A lawyer and a policeman is supposed to approach a case from all possible angles and suspect everybody involved in the case. Even if a lwayer takes sides with a criminal he does that only after knowing that he is the criminal and chooses to defend him. But Mihir....Ufff.....I would have appreciated him if he had had an iota of suspicion on Karan or atleast had asked a single question to Karan when he narrated his version of the story.

And what's more ludicrous is that, today, even after Kshitij proved Shamar innocent nobody doubted Karan. How come, yaar! It's a big logical error by the CVs. Karan told in the court that he saw Shamar throwing Jigna into the river. But Kshitij has proved that Jigna ran into the taxi under drug hangover. And the Judge accepted it but didn't question Karan. Nobody did. It absolutely defies logic. Karan should have been called to the witness box again and should have been cross-examined on the authenticity of his version of the story. He was already looking nervous. If inquired, in the height of nervousness, he would have blabbered and eventually blurted out the truth. But CVs don't want karan track to end so soon, so came up with this illogical thing which is so ridiculous.

but yah it was funny i was like thats it his free and the case is over (i mean not over over but over lol!)

You are right, no one doubting on Karan, because they are all thinking, Imean Mihir & Bhaesh mainly thinking that Jigna ke saath kuch dushmani nahi thi... but still, his faces saying many things.. Smriti observed few times, but....

However, in this further investigation, everything will hopefully come out...

And Bhavesh - He knew Karan Smriti (Aastha) way before he knew Behnein's family.... Didn't Bhavesh know Karan was in love with Jigna.. He also stated many times that Jigna is eerything to him, they are very close etc.. didn't she tell Bhavesh he loved Karan... 😲😲

Actually Kshitij could have told Judge to call Karan to the box to talk to him which he did not do either.. But not sure if Kshitij knows that Karan is behind this... he only knows that doctor and the hospital where post martem was done......😕
