RB obnoxiously tells Simi, "You will have to marry me, Simi ji." Simi gives him a reprimand saying, "What a despicable man you are! You are using my husband as your weapon and taking advantage of my dilemma. Get out of my house or you'll see the worse of me." RB shamelessly replies, "This is the style of yours that I fell for head over heels." He tries to touch Simi who furiously picks up a knife and screams at him to get out. RB continues to behave indecent and lewd with Simi and pulls the knife away from her. He threatens to tell Abhi the truth if Simi does not give him an answer within 24 hours. Suddenly the doorbell rings and RB volunteers to answer it. He opens the door. Manju, RS, Neetu and Anita are shocked to find RB. Rajendra Sethi scolds RB for entering 12/24. Bhalla behaves impertinently and walks away. RS feels that Bhalla hasn't mend his ways and that he will have to teach him a lesson.

In the Prison

Prasad is in a cell and Abhi is interrogating him. Abhi tells Prasad that his family has been kidnapped by the mastermind he is working for. Abhi offers to save Prasad's family if he reveals the facts about the mastermind. Prasad folds his hands and tells Abhi to leave him alone. He also threatens that if something happens to his wife or child, he will not spare his boss and Abhi.

Simi is talking to Manju and wondering why they didn't have lunch. As soon as Manju begins to explain, RS interrupts boldly, "I would like to have a word with Simi privately." Everyone walks away, leaving RS and Simi in the living room. RS takes a few steps closer to Simi who is standing there with downcast eyes. He questions, "What is going on? Hadn't I returned home at this time, I would've never learnt that Bhalla has been entering this house behind my back?" Simi whimpers, "Papa ji, you are mistaken." RS rebukes, "Enough Simo! I have no strength to bear a lie. You and Abhi, in the same room, on different beds'..and that Rajjo dresses opulently for Abhi. She looks for opportunities to entice Abhi'.. And when Abhi tries to feed you with love, she walks away upset'. WHY??" Simi continues to look guilty. RS continues, "Look at me. I didn't just whiten my hair in the sun but have gained experience with age. I am your father. Although I don't believe in this but''" RS takes Simi's hand and rests it on his head as to bind her in a vow, "Henceforth if you tell another lie, you will see me dead. Tell me the truth."

In the Prison

Abhi tells the officer that he would like to withdraw all accusations against Prasad and to release him. Prasad looks surprised. Anuj tries to intervene, "Prasad is not worthy of your trust, Abhi. He might follow the orders of his mastermind to harm our family again." Officer seconds Anuj's thoughts and tells Abhi to reconsider. Abhi gives a determined look to Prasad and says, "I am not scared to die and I believe you too have no fear of death. And if you feel that you will be able to save your family by killing me then go ahead. But remember one thing; I love my family the same way you love yours. Do question yourself before you take this step." Abhi tells the officer to take care of the paperwork and release Prasad. Officer agrees. Anuj closes his eyes in disappointment. Suddenly, Abhi's phone rings and it is RS who tells him to return home immediately as Simi would like to talk about something.

Bhalla Residence

Bhalla is tying his shoes and expresses to Kalavati that he shouldn't have told Simi that he will reveal the truth about Baba's prophecy to Abhi. Bhalla has his shoe in his hand and irritably continues that revealing the truth will only be a disadvantage to himself as Abhi will never remarry. Kalavati gets annoyed and takes the shoes away from him. She begins to beat him 😆 saying he shouldn't have gone to 12/24 KB and should listen to her. RB exclaims that he won't spare Simi.

Everyone has gathered in the living room and it seems that Simi has revealed the truth about Baba's prophecy to Abhi. Abhi is shocked and asks Simi for an explanation, "How could you tell such a huge lie, Simi. Do you realize how much I've been suffering for days? Each moment, I died a thousand deaths worrying that I could be the cause of your suffering." Simi emotionally replies, "Do you realize how I felt? Every moment of the day, I worried about your safety. I don't want to lose you." Abhi with tears in his eyes questions why did she lie. Simi sobs. Manju answers that she was the one who told Simi to lie because she felt that if Abhi knew the truth, he would've never agreed to remarry. Abhi replies, "How could have I agreed, Aunty ji? I'd rather die than separating from Simi." Abhi wants to know who else knows about this prediction. RS replies, "Everyone except you, me and Anuj." Abhi looks shocked and disappointed. Anita bows her head in guilt and so do Rajjo and Bui. Simi continues to look guilty. Abhi is finally able to decipher that the doctor's report was false and that Simi didn't fall from the terrace; she jumped purposefully. He is heartbroken and expresses that although he is elated to hear that Simi is completely well, he is disappointed that she lied to him. Abhi then takes a few steps closer to Rajjo and Bui. With folded hands, he says, "Please forgive me but I cannot marry your daughter." Rajjo looks hurt while Manju worries. Abhi, with tearful eyes, continues, "I love Simi. So much that instead of remarriage, I'd rather take my last breath in her arms." Everyone seems to empathize with him. Abhi walks into his room.

Bhalla Residence

Bhalla is vigorously punching numbers on his cell phone and remarks, "Don't know from where I found this uncivilized woman. Wonder who she is talking to. On the other end, Bui is also trying to contact Bhalla and comments that she is in so much trouble and Bhalla does not care about her; "Our plan has ruined." Suddenly, she notices Anita who is looking at her suspiciously. Bui hesitates, "Oh, I was just trying to get in touch with Dadi to ask about her well being. Why are you standing outside; come in." Anita declines and walk away.

In Abhi-Simi's Room

Simi comes to Abhi and he tries to walk away. Simi emotionally questions, "Won't you talk to me anymore?" Abhi with moist eyes replies that there isn't anything left to talk about. Simi offers an explanation that whatever she did was done to save his life; "I love you a lot, Abhi." (Well, love isn't just a four-letter word, Simi ji. With love comes trust, understanding and no secrets; at least you should've shared the dilemma with Abhi and you both should've came up with a solution instead of taking the matters in your own hands always and making a mess out of them. How could you take such a huge decision about Abhi's life by yourself?) Abhi replies, "And what about the love I feel for you? By saving my life, you were giving a punishment for lifelong." Simi confronts, "What else could I done, you tell me, knowing that I would be a harm to your life? I thought if not together, at least you would be safe." Abhi repeats how much he loves her. Simi interrupts, "What would you do if you were in my shoes? Wouldn't you go ahead with the same decision?" Simi folds her hands and begs him to consent to remarry. Abhi gets upset, "Otherwise what will you do? Jump off the terrace again? If this is the matter of my life, then I'll end it right now." Abhi walks up to the table and picks up the knife and says, "It is better that I put an end to the suffering." Simi rushes to Abhi and pulls the knife away from him. She says if you want to end a life, then end mines. Kill me!" Abhi is speechless. Simi hugs Abhi. Abhi reminds Simi that they had promised to be together through ups and downs then why did she not share it with him. Simi replies, "I did share. All my happiness is yours and your troubles mine." Abhi and Simi share a heartwarming hug.

RS-Manju's Room

RS scolds Manju, "I'm sure that Simi lied because you compelled her. Otherwise, she has never lied to me before. What is wrong with you? Why are you doing all this?" Manju gets emotional and replies that RS is unable to understand the circumstances that are forcing her to take this step. Just then Simi enters. Manju continues to express that she is a mother and if remarriage saves Abhi's life then her decision is not wrong. Simi adds, "Papa ji, we did not want to lie to you but this is a matter of Abhi's life." RS gets disappointed and tells them to do as they please. Simi consoles her mother.

12/24 KB Terrace

Bui finally calls Bhalla who scolds her for not getting in touch with him sooner as he has been trying to contact her for the last two hours. He questions where she was. Bui retorts that she was trying to change her destiny that turned ill when she met Bhalla. Bui reveals, "Our plan has ruined and you better not blame me. Because you came to meet Simi, our plan has failed." Bhalla looks shocked and confused. Bui alerts him that Simi has revealed the truth to everyone in the family and after hearing the truth, Abhi has refused to remarry. She continues, "Our scheme was brilliant; we set the factory ablaze; annihilated the pressure cooker so it blew up, assuring Manju and Simi that Abhi's life was in danger; Baba too was part of our plan as I bribed him to falsify his prophecy; Prasad was also our pawn who threatened Abhi per our orders. And your one silly mistake ruined the whole plot." Bhalla responds, "Calm down Bui, calm down. The matter is still in our hands. I've kidnapped Prasad's wife and children but Abhi got him out of jail with ease. Well, it doesn't matter, don't worry, Bui. My next move will shock the whole Sethi family. Now hang up. I'll take care of the rest." As soon as Bui hangs up, a shadow catches her attention and she gets worried.

(So, it is Bhalla who is the mastermind of this all. Well, at least getting rid of him should be as easy as ABC for Abhi. 😆 I can't wait for SimBhi to be together again. I really felt for Abhi today as he yearns to be with Simi. 😭 It's a shame that to this day, she continues to keep secrets from him and tries to take over the whole situation by herself.)
