From what I have read about RC, I think he needs professional help. As for him still harbouring feelings for Shweta, well it's up to her whether or not she would accept him in her life. But I think she should start afresh with a man that treats her with respect. If there is no respect in a marriage or any relationship for that matter, it is better to part ways.
