I think Akshay Kumar is very rude, and sometimes the rudeness is uncalled for. The other two judges are rude too but i think Akshay is what he is because of the general public's love.... he should be careful..... What do u all think?? Just to make it clear i love akshay, but was shocked to see the way he acts with so many contestants!!

I don't understand the need for the philosophy here.

Most of the contestants aren't professional chef's who are bound to get tasty dishes at the first shot. Cooking to me is based on the trial and error method. Flavoring a dish with the right amount of salt is a SKILL, but many fail to possess one.

I guess the emotion and passion for cooking that is to be considered than the skill and traits of a professional CHEF ! One masters any art eventually.

I guess the contestants can expect a little more space, appreciation and motivation from the judges .

Cheers,
Shak 😊

I think he is not rude....And we have to remember he is there as a chef not as an actor....and if the food is not up to the standard he cannot be sweet.

As for the other two chefs i think they are doing a great job.....and if you watch master chef from any other country then you'll know whats being in the kitchen....

He over-acts and hams most of the times..
even when he's hosting!

Akki should take it easy and comment wisely on the food..
and try and not steal the limelight from the real judges, the other two chefs..

I am amazed by Akshay Kumars behavior on the show. He is very rude with the contestants and quite embarrassing to watch. One of my friend asked me if he's behaving like that for real. He desperately needs to learn some constructive criticism.
Otherwise show is great, get to see so many talented people.

did you know akshay used to be a chef before he became an actor. i think it is legit for him to be rude to ppl. i think you need to see what Gordon Ramsey does. He is much worse and will scare the shit out of you. I saw Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef American version and holy the man is cruel at times it will scare you. So they are being a chef not an actor in the show.

Hey we can't decide it from the first 2 episodes since there were so many contestants. Now as it boils down to a limited number of contestants, the review should get better. Moreover for Akshay also it's a learning experience 😉
