Part 1

Pratigya is dressed in her bridal costume.She looks absolutely beautiful as a bride in her red bridal outfit.But the bridal happiness and excitement are missing from her face.Her eyes are not filled with joy or shyness.Her eyes are welled up with tears.
"Pratigya!You look so upset".Her mother Avantika says.
P:How can i smile mom after what you did to me?
Avantika's tears flow down.Neev enters the room.
N:Pratigya...why are you talking like this to your mom?She gave birth to you.She nurtured you.You did'nt know the hardships of life because of your mom.
P:I don't know the hardships of life?You both have not suffered like me.And what about the mental trauma i undergo now?It's only because you both.Neev..being my best friend instead of being truthful to me,you cheated me.You both lied to me that the truth has been told to Krishna.But thankfully atleast now mom confessed that Krishna does'nt know anything.The truth is hidden from Krishna.How can i marry him happily?
N:We can understand your feelings.We lied to you only to make you happy.You remember your first meeting with Krishna?

Pratigya remembers that sweet moment.She met Krishna first during the holi party filled up with colours.While dancing Krishna and Pratigya Saxena bumped into each other.Just a glance.That was more than enough for Pratigya to fall in love with Krishna.It was love at first sight.But due to a bitter personal experience she suppressed her feelings.It was a pleasant surprise for her when she realized that Krishna also feels the same for her.She realized it when his parents Mehen and Nikhila came to her house with a proposal.

Neev:You were so happy when Krishna's parents came with a proposal.How can we break your happiness by revealing the truth to them?
P:But this is cheating.I will tell everything to Krishna now.
N:It's not cheating Pratigya.You are innocent.You have not done anything wrong.
Avantika:Please don't tell Krishna anything.We will get embarassed before everyone.In this age i don't want to see our family name getting ruined.Your father's heart will break in the heaven.After my death,how will you live Pratigya?I can die peacefully only if you get married to a nice guy.Promise me that you won't talk to Krishna about your past.
Pratigya's tears flow down.It is a like a waterfall.

Pratigya enters the mandap with a gloomy face.Krishna's chocolate eyeballs roll over her.His smile seeing Pratigya is cute like a blossomed flower.His eyes and smile are filled with his love for Pratigya.Krishna and Pratigya enter into the bond of marriage.
While walking around the fire,Pratigya's heart pains.
She thinks:This fire is witnessing us promosing each other that we will stand by each other for seven janmas.But the truth is that even if i stand by my husband during his difficult times i will always be tagged as an unfaithful wife.What a fate!

Pratigya enters the room which is decorated with rose petals.Krishna's entry makes her nervous.
She thinks:He is the only man i have ever loved in my life.I'm supposed to be happy now.But i'm not able to smile.
Krishna smiles at her.She smiles back.
She thinks:He serves my smile.But do i deserve atleast his smile?
K:You look gorgeous in your red bridal outfit.You are beautiful like a princess.
She blushes forgetting everything for a moment.He keeps his arm on her's.Unexpectedly Pratigya faints.Krishna is shocked.
K:Pratigya!
He sprinkles water on her face.She opens her eyes slowly.
Krishna is relieved:Are you okay?
P:Yes..
K:What happened?
P:Stress...i'm really tired of the wedding rituals.Lots of functions...busy schedule.
K:I got worried.Pratigya..you need to take rest.A complete rest.Sleep well.
P:Thank you Krishna.Good night.
K:Good night.
They both close their eyes in the bed.
Pratigya says in her mind:I'm sorry Krishna.I had to pretend to faint.

Hi Jasmine, Hope you are fine! It's good to see you back with another story! Quite interesting i must say !... actually prat is right ... truth and trust is very important in any relationship. For a moment i thought she was pregnant but then looks like she just want to keep some distance with krish ....well i hope she tells krish everything about her past... of course it will take lots of courage to do that! Pratigya freshens up and comes out of the bathroom with wet hair.Krishna catches her from behind.She is shocked.He laughs.
P:Krishna?You?I got scared.
He grins.
K:Why are you scared when i'm here?I will not let anything bad happen to you.
She thinks:Now it's too late.I wish you had entered my life long ago.
K:Yesterday my dream came true.I was waiting to get you.I
just can't believe that now you are mine.Only mine.
K:You know what I felt when I saw you first?I felt that you are made for me .What did you feel when you saw me first?
She is shy.
He smiles:I know that you also felt the same.
Pratigya thinks:Shiv is so loving.I don't deserve him.

He holds her hand and keeps it on her chest:You are
my luck.
She feels uncomfortable and tries to get away from him.
K:Pratigya!What are you thinking?
P:I was thinking that you are an understanding husband.Do i deserve you?
K:No Pratigya..we both deserve each other,because we
are made for each other.
I'm lucky to get you.So sometimes i doubt whether I deserve you.
Her face becomes dull.
She thinks:Krishna trusts and
respects me so much.If he comes to know the truth? I have to stay away from Krishna.If i go closer to him..no..no..that's cheating.I can't cheat him always.Poor guy.He loves me very much.But he is
not getting anything from his me.


Pratigya brings bed coffee for Krishna.
K:Thank you.
He starts drinking.
K:Did you drink coffee?
P:No.
He extends his cup:Drink this.
She smiles.She thinks:I have always dreamt of having such cure romantic moments.
But suddenly her mind tells:No Pratigya..you have to control yourself.
P:This is your's no?
K:We will share it
P:I'm sorry,i don't like drinking from other's cup.

He becomes dull.
P:PLease don't feel bad.
K:It's ok.

Evening.
K:Pratigya,get ready.We have to go for
a party.
P:Sorry.I'm not coming for the party.
K:What are you telling?My friends arranged this party
for us.Please come with me.
P:Ok,let me wear a new saree.
K:Thanks for coming with me.
Krishna sits there.She takes the saree.
P:I have to wear saree.
K:Ok..
P:If you are here how can i change my saree?So can you please go out of this room?
He is embarrassed by her unexpected request:Ok,I'm sorry.
He goes out.
He thinks:Why do I feel that Pratigya is
avoiding me?Is my feeling true?

Pratigya comes in a grand black saree.Krishna can't
take his eyes off her.
K:You look really nice.
P:Thank you..You also look nice.
He is excited:Reallly?I look good today?
P:Not only today.I have always felt that you are handsome.
He is thrilled by her compliment.

One guy announces:We ask all the
couples especially the newly married couple Krishna and Pratigya to
dance to the song.
Krishna smiles at Pratigya.
P:My mind is not allowing me
to dance.
He is shocked:Why?
P:I'm not feeling well.
K:What happened?We will go to a doctor.
P:No need.I will be ok if I take rest.
Her cell phone rings.It is Avantika:How are you?
P:Fine mama.
A:How is Krishna?
P:Fine.How are you?
A:I'm fine. ?keep Krishna happy.Don't give him the
chance to worry.He gave you a new life.

Pratigya becomes upset:Now we are at a party.So bye mama.
A:Bye.

She thinks:I should'nt make Krishna sad.He deserves to be happy.
She looks at Krishna.He looks sad. She smiles at him.He smiles.
P:Now I'm ok.We will dance together.
He is thrilled:Really?
P:Ya.
He leads her to the dance floor.They dance together.
Shethinks:How can i become so intimate with Krishna while i know that it is cheating?

Krishna looks at Pratigya. Seeing her dull face,his face becomes dull.
Some stylish girls are watching them dance.
One girl:What a breathtaking dance performance!
Another girl:They both look hot together.
Another girl:Krishna's face expressions are superb.It suits the song very well.He is so romantic with Pratigya.
After the song gets stopped she moves away from him.He becomes dull.
He thinks:Why do I feel that Pratigya is keeping a distance
from me?
