Khichdi joins Behnein for Navratri

Babuji (Anang Desai), Prafful (Rajiv Desai), Himanshu (JD Majethia) and Parminder from Khichdi - the movie joined the cast of Behenein on STAR Plus in their Navratri celebrations this year and made it a memorable one for the team.

We spoke to the team of Behenein who sounded very excited as they shared their experience with us. "Celebrating Navratri with my family was great and the Khichdi team made it even more special. They joined us as we played garba to traditional Gujarati songs", smiles Aakashi (Adaa Khan). "I would describe it as a fun experience and I enjoyed meeting all the actors" adds Mihir (Sudeep Sahir).

Ojaswi Oberoi (Anokhi) reveals "Being a devotee of Mata Rani the steps came naturally to me. I did not have to put in any special effort". "Interacting with the Khichdi team was an awesome experience. Our house became lively with their presence and since they are such senior actors we also leant a lot from them. However we missed Hansa(Supriya Pathak) a lot and our whole family imitated her popular dialogues and style in the episode" she says.

"Playing garba with the Khichdi –the movie team was really enjoyable, quips Smriti (Shiju Kataria). "Interacting with them was also a memorable experience as we imitated their style of speaking", she reveals excitedly. "Also the audience can expect to see a huge twist in the show during the Navratri sequence but I cannot reveal the details" she adds.
