When I was in India this year, our cook's brother got married to this beautiful young girl who is in her early twenties. My cook told me that she was divorcee. Her ex-husband used to get drunk and beat her up. Finally, her father decided to bring her home and he got her divorced and got her married to our cook's brother who is educated and have a good job. When I met this new bride, she was so happy and she told me that she never knew that life could be so happy. She is treated like princess in this family. I was so proud and speechless. This is a true story.

These changes are happening in India. We see India progressing in every field. . There is no doubt that we are in the midst of a great revolution in the history of women. The evidence is everywhere.

I would like to see that they take a right track and take some bold step. They should show that Kesar leaves Shakti, gets divorce and marry a nice educated man who respects her and loves her and encourages her to get education.

yeah they should get her remarried I dun wanna see shakti-kesar love track in the future..

Electronic media is a very powerful these days and can play a vital role in helping women to have equal opperyunity in all walks of life, education and dignity. Its their birth right and a time should come where denying any of it to any woman regardless of whether they live in big cities of rural villages, should be punishable by law.

If kesar marries again to someone who truly loves her.... that would be awesome....... but the thakurs would never let this happen
