Hey Guys,

Here are two siggies I made today....I got a bit of free time so decided to utilize it for our CC.😉 j/k😆 Anyhow, the first one is of Sita Haran...and I tried out a different style which I hope you will like.😳

And in case you find the top one too crowded, I made another one in a similar but more simple fashion....I also added brushes on this one and colorized it differently...without the texture. Please tell me which one you like best.😳

And this one is a siggie of Kans Vadh....I don't really like how it came out, but as usual, I post everything I make in this CC to let you guys decide the final verdict.😳😆

Hi guys...

This is a CC for god-related things. God is an integral part of our lives. He cares for us. When we, his children, have problems, he comes down to earth in one form or another and makes it easier for us.

Today was one of those days for me. I'm still not completely okay, but I managed to make it through with the courage and willpower God gave me. In darkness, today, he gave me light. I love you God...it makes me happy and gives me strength, knowing you're right here, by my side. Whether or not anyone else is here for me, you will be. I am so thankful knowing you care about me and that you will understand me.

You're right. It's such a wonderful feeling. Every human in life can leave you, but God will be by your side, no matter what. He/She gives us such confidence it's unbelievable. 😳

@ Nishipie (lolz and I certainly approve of Loli btw 😆) - the fav aspect of our culture is another awesome discussion you brought up... for me, it's got to be the high level of tolerance and respect for variety. For the most part, the way our culture works is rather than rejecting new ideas, it absorbs them into itself. We refer to Jesus as our Isa, Buddha as Shri Hari's incarnation, and so on. We may have one guru but still consider ourselves lucky to be able to see or hear from another. My family sometimes visits shrines to Christian saints in the area and my grandmoms treat them with the same reverence as mandirs - shoes off, head bowed, etc. Looking forward to more answers to this beautiful question!! And thanks a bunch for the beautiful portraits of Devi Maa and Shri Ram, loved them and saved them to my desktop. And... congrats on turning goldie 🥳

@ Aishicakes - first of all HUGE thanks for being so sweet about that RadheShyam siggie, so glad you liked it 🤗 But... didn't want it to make you sad 😭 Now I don't know if I should've made it or not!! And as for your paper topic - just out of curiosity what book did you guys read that the assignment's related to?? And... I'm prob so late with my input that you must've finished it, handed it in, and gotten an A+ already... but still, here's what I've got. Not one, but 3 cases of babies (and in one, even the mom) coming back to life after being pronounced dead in the hospital. All from the past 5 years. These are only a few; if you just google "stillborn back to life" you'll see that this happens every now and then and though sometimes the doctors offer weak explanations (the freezing temperatures at the morgue controlled her oxygen intake so she wasn't exhausting herself 😕), but some honestly admit that they witnessed a miracle - do watch the interview vids for the ones that have them, it's amazing:

Sooo glad you liked the Pahlad sig too, thanks for posting it and saving me the work 😆 Thanks again for the pics and now all those vids, very very sweet presentation and it's one of my fav stories too. When we discussed it in class, the passage I brought up is when, after this stuti which we both posted, Shri Hari asks him what wish he wants in return for his unfailing devotion, and he said "the wish that I may wish for nothing so I can focus on you" 😍 Today we talk about the smart@$$ who tells the genie giving him 3 wishes that he wants 3 more, and look at Prahlaad!! The Ahilya pics were brilliant too, will def worked with them too. If you've got the backstory pics handy, that'd be awesome too - she looks really pretty with the gajra in her hair when Vishwamitra's narrating and says "Gautam's wife was really pretty"... way to state the obvious 😆 I like everything about those journey to Mithila scenes... but take your time, you have other pic updates to tackle 😉 SiyaRam handholds from Vidhna Tere Lekh 1, all of Bharat Milaap right from his entry in Ayodhya to his return, Warrior Lakhanji.... yaaaa you've got a lot on your plate, I'll spare you 😆 Oh yeah, and the fruitseller, Kans vadh, and Siya Haran siggies are all mindblowing, new styles are amazing esp the last Sita Haran one... very action-packed and awesome 👏 Using all 3 soon!!

Until I go through the rest of the pages and edit the above reply post tomorrow, here's one of the several super quick siggies I made during my study breaks. Lolz I'm blaming you for the addiction Janu, every time put the books aside it's the first thing I felt like doing 😆 Not all are worth sharing, but to be honest I think this one came out pretty cool 😍 It's just one pic, all I did was play around with the coloring A LOT kinda like Jhanvi and Amna do for their single-pics. Modified some of the techniques they shared... came up with this... what do you guys think?? It's a whole Thumak Chalat pic update btw, will share soon along with many others.
