Esha Deol says she plans to take it easy

Most Bollywood biggies work at a breakneck pace, making numerous films a year and Deol was no different in 2005, when she made six films.

''I was busy a lot in 2005,'' Deol was quoted as saying in Monday's edition of the Hindustan Times newspaper. ''This year I am going to take it easy and will sign only the films that excite me.''

Still, the 23-year-old actress is taking it easy Bollywood-style in 2006, she's already filming a movie and plans to star in at least one other film.

Deol's family is well known in India's movie business, based in the western city of Bombay, also known as Mumbai. She's the daughter of renowned actress Hema Malini and the stepsister of actor Bobby Deol.
