Monica Kale who was last seen in serials like Kashi and Bairi Piya shares her industry occurrence with tellybuzz…
Monica Kale, post her maternity break of two years made her comeback on television with Star Plus show Hamari Devrani; was recently seen enacting a pivotal role of 'Madhura' in Colors TV, Bairi Piya feels that television industry has work for all but is equally uncertain.

Monica Kale along with an actress, who is also a mother of 3 year old baby boy sharing her come back experience on television said, "Post my motherhood I feel this is my second journey on TV and due to my past records I didn't have to struggle much for work. Yes things have changed on personal front so, at times managing things on an emotional level does get a bit difficult. But I have been lucky enough to get supportive creative team."

When asked what keeps her motivated and the kind of roles she is looking forward too, she smiling asserted, "Yes there is lot of stress in the TV industry as one requires to shell in more than 100%. But the undeniable truth is that it is the part and parcel of our industry. And Initially I didn't want to get into regular roles as I was apprehensive about the time management. But apart from that I have always accepted life as it comes so nothing in specific."

Talking about the changing trends in TV industry she said, "TV has changed a lot in terms of sets, technicality, budget, equipments etc. But alongside it has also made way for a lot of uncertainty. In the earlier phase shows would run for 4-5years but now it's the race of TRP's that decide the life of a show. Presently there is pressure of delivering the episode on time earlier things were more systematic and well planned. "

When asked that there is lot of young, energetic talent stepping into the industry so has she noticed any change on audience front also, she said, "Yes of course the new group of people are more talented and focused when compared to our generations. Along with them the audience has become more alert they know and decide what they want on TV. But these days with audience feedback one would come across lot of complications, channel interference and much more. As always everything has an advantage and disadvantage and we have to face both."

So we wish Monica Kale all the luck for her future projects.
