Madhuri Dixit Likely To Appear In Jhalak Dikhla Ja

Madhuri Dixit, the dancing diva of Bollywood, is likely to make her television debut with the dance based reality show 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa'. The beautiful actress is following the steps of other Bollywood actresses like Shilpa Shetty, Urmila Matondkar and Juhi Chawla, who have been judges of the same show in previous seasons.

The actress, with her undying grace and talking eyes, tried to make her comeback in Bollywood with Aditya Chopra's Aaja Nachle in 2007 but that could not refurbish her dancing diva image.

Now, if everything goes well, Madhuri will be seen dancing in the forthcoming season of 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa'. She will have a special appearance on this television show and it will be a first for her.

It is reported that the top officials of the channel have requested Madhuri to participate in this dance reality show. According to a source close to the show, Madhuri's dance is a treat to watch so her presence in the show will be an asset for this already popular reality show. Madhuri is one of the very few Bollywood actresses who have been appreciated by the Kathak Maestro Pandit Birju Maharaj.

A source was quoted saying that Madhuri is considering the offer seriously and she is quite open to the idea. The source added that the modalities are now being worked out. Rakeshnath (aka Rikku), the secretary of the actress added that Madhuri is offered with lots of shows now and then but nothing official is signed yet.

Well, if things work out in the right direction, it will be a treat for the fans of the 'dhak dhak' girl!
