I am soooo sorry for not being able to post yesterday, but life is just a little too busy at my end. Will try to write as much as I can, but will be back in full swing after a few weeks.
Before I start about todays epi, I have to talk about one statement that Maan made yesterday which totally left me speechless ' "kya mein us insaan ko dhoondon jis nay tumharay saath dhoka kiya hai?"
I was totally blown away by this ' he was asking for her permission. He wants to help her, to find that man, but before he would pursue his mission he wanted Geet to say yes '. And when she asked, "kya mera attit aap ko paraisahn karta hai," his "nahi Geet" was such a beautiful expression of faith and trust ' his eyes softened right then and his heart shouted '. I love you Geet, and I don't care about anything else ' ANYTHING at all ' I wish I had time to write about it yesterday, but '.. Anyways '. Let's talk about today!!!
He saw Dev's number, and for a moment he wondered why she was looking at it ' she told him she didn't know, and he believed her .. Without another thought; without another question. That's the level of trust he has on her. And I loved the fact that she realized the intensity of that trust. He threw that number and she didn't bother picking it up from the trash can ' very silently promising to herself that she would leave everything and everyone for Maan ' Great going Geet ' it's high time you do that!!!
She called him, he looked back and she started to say something; but fate has another plan for them. As a perfect symbol to keep quiet, her dupatta got stuck and he started walking towards her. Just loved the way he freed the dupatta and the way she put her hand on his shoulder, telling him subtly and quietly that you, Maan Singh Khurana, belong to me '. And I, Geet Handa, belong to you and only YOU'
Her confession was surely a highpoint of today's epi ' wasn't this, what Maan had waited for soo long? Wasn't this, what Maan had been longing to hear from her for soo long? Wasn't this, what Maan had craved-for for soo long?? ' he heard her say those magical words and as if every dream in his life was fulfilled, his face lit with a triumph look; a look which said, thank you Geet for reciprocating my love ' thank you Geet, for accepting my love ' thank you Geet for loving me the way I love you. Though neither of them said "I LOVE YOU" but what they have said is enough for a heart to dream, for a mind to think, and for a soul to cherish. Congratulations CVs for showing us another beautiful way of expression. Pyar ko lafzoon ki zaroorat nahi hoti, wo tu andaaz say byan hota hai, nazroon say nazar aata hai, hontoon say anjanay mein byan ho jata hai. And that's exactly how Maan felt when Geet told him, "you are the most important person to me '."
He had been fighting with his own self, whether he had read geets eyes correctly ightly or not ' but today he was sure. Today he was victorious. Today he was confident. Today he knew she had expressed her feelings for him and he had loved every bit of it.
And not only then, the impact of her call, her words, and her lovely expression lingered on. They flew to Manali, but even then, Maan was not able to free him from the magic of her magical words. Izhaar ka kamaal hi yeh hota hai ' you starts to feel you right on the other person. Her few lovely words had given Maan the courage to feel his right on her. Her words had driven him crazy and he just couldn't leave her sight. She was the center of his world then, and he knew it very well. He didn't care about the meeting at all, all he cared for, was that he was with Geet and that he longed to be with her '. forever.
And now coming to the jealous Maan Singh Khurana. Love does strange things to us. When we think this is the way we are and nothing or no one can ever ever change us, someone comes along like a gentle breeze of fresh air and changes the way we breathe; changes the way we feel; changes the way we live; changes the way we love. Rules, principles, discipline, existence, everything seems minor and trivial in front of that one person. Dil mein aata hai, bas ghantoon us aik insaan ko beth kay dekhtay raho, bas ussi ko suntay raho, bas ussi ko nihaartay raho. And that's exactly what Maan was feeling. He was not sure what this was ' he was wondering what's the spell she had casted on him .. Little did he know, it was LOVE and LOVE had hit him HARD.
He hated the way that man looked at Geet. Very possessively he came in between and took her in the corner ' it was as if, he didn't want anyone in this world to see HIS Geet; and this is what came to my mind.
Tumhain koee aur dekhay

Badi mushkiloon say
Sambhalta hai dil
Kya kya jatan kartay hein
Tumhain kya pata
Yeh dil beqarar kitna
Yeh hum nahi jantay

And then they finally met Mr. Rawal ' all of the sudden everyone has started to appreciate Geet's beauty, which kind of seems funny to me, but then I think, the CVs are heading towards the "roop tera mastana" song and that's why they are emphasizing on Geet's spectacular appearance and stunning beauty. So I will give them that. After all they want to make an impact ' Maan thinking ' at that moment when they will be in that room ' wet and seductive '. Roop tera mastana and pyar mera DEEWANA '.
So now once again Maan couldn't take Mr. Rawal's appreciation for Geet and asks her to leave. Maan looked funny and a sweetheart simultaneously. Just loved the way he asked her to leave. But the masterpiece; she pulled her hair towards her side; Maan saw Mr. Rawal looking at her and couldn't bear the sight of it. His heart shouting, Geet sirf meri hai, sirf meri .. koee aur ussay aisay dekhay yeh mien bardasht nahi kar sakta 'and he very gracefully walked towards her and pulled her hair back. Loved his gentle yet protective touch on her ' loved his subtle ownership of her ' loved his restrained yet expressive possession on her. That's Maan Singh Khurana ' blunt yet subtle, confident yet thoughtful.
And then Mr. Rawal said what Maan never ever imagined in his wildest dream ' "shadi karwani hai" .. Are you serious Mr. Rawal ' Are you seriously serious. But as always, the ever charming, ever controlling Maan decided right there what he wanted to do. He didn't care about the deal, he didn't care about the project, all he cared for was the fact that, badi mushkilon say mujhay Geet mili hai, ab mein ussay kabhi khonay nahi doon ga ' kabhi nahi ' Geet sirf meri hai ' sirf meri '. He wanted to get her out of there and so tried to put the bangles on her hand faster ' little did he know, choorian pehnnay ka aik tareeqa hota hai ' he saw the rash on her hand which he had caused just to quicken the process so that he could take her away from those eyes as soon as possible, and gently caressed it with his fingers, telling her silently, "tumharay har dard ki dwa mera pyar hai ' mujh pay aitbaar karo Geet ' main koee dukh tum tak nahi aanay doon ga, na kisi ko tumharay paas aanay ki ijazat doon ga '" . mohabbat ka yeh izhaar, yeh khamosh iqraar .. I don't have words to elaborate. It was just out of this world.
Another highpoint of the episode ' when Maan sees her with Mr. Rawal and they are giving shagun to her. Waisay tu that scene was hilarious. I mean, seriously ' is this how u pasandofy a dulhan and give her shagun, without even asking what's in her mind ' I mean that was totally silly and comical, but what came after it was not at all funny. It was THE MOMENT of TRUTH we all had been waiting for soooo long ' "Maan ki Geet '.." he said it 'he said it with the maximum truthfulness and utmost intensity in his eyes '. "Maan ki Geet '.." it was as if someone gave me a dose of happiness, a dose of joy, a dose of contentment' hearing him say that, was the best thing I had heard in a long time.
He wanted her to confess in front of everyone. He wanted her to accept him in front of everyone. But he knew she wouldn't. He knew her shyness would never allow her to do that, but he didn't want to let that moment go. Just a few hours ago, Geet had confessed his importance in her life, and he had been waiting for a moment like this, when he would reciprocate her feelings and tell her the same. And he got that chance ' he held her hand and said with confidence, assurance, faith and promise ' "Geet .. Maan Singh Khurana ki mangetar hai '" the confidence in his voice and his attitude was MINDBLOWING ' "sirf meri ' sirf meri mangetar '" OUT OF THIS WORLD.
It was as if, he was not telling the world around him, because when had he ever cared for the world ???? but he was telling Geet .. Only Geet ' he wanted her to know and believe kay tum sirf meri ho Geet '. Sirf meri '' sirf meri '
Maan's passion today was amazing
Maan's acceptance today was incredible
Maan's iqrar today was astonishing
Maan's possession today was astounding
Maan's ownership of Geet today was plausible
Maan's expression of love today was lovely
And I can't stop myself from saying,

Just loved the episode and above that just loved Maan and his confidence on his love. BRILLIANT. No wonder I always end my post by saying '.
