why portray women sooo dumb?

OOOOOH I'm really fed up! WHY take this route..is Geet and every woman reflected in every show soooo dumb, insensitive, misguided? She sees how much he loves her, how deeply he cares for her. Yet she runs from him and can't tell him the whole truth?

Maan however reads her sooo well. His love is shown soooo well, ( Just love his portrayal, his love so deep and ready to do just about anything for her) then why Geet is shown as so, so...I don't know for want of a better word, just plain dumb, so afraid for him suddenly! She has already told him about her past so when he asks specifically, she should tell him the name and not hide facts. right? He is sooo strong and can handle it! What's to hide anyways? At least tell him I don't like seeing you so worried and anxious. I love you too much and I looked for the jerk and this is all I have left to go on..and hand him the darn No. !!

Can't the cv's think of better ways for the story to progress than these out of character behavior.
( they should read all the awesome FF's out ther and get some better ideas, rt? ) Geet is shown as honest, bubbly and full of hope even in her darkest moments. So why when now she should be happy as she has found her real love Maan, she will hide something from him fro those same corny reasons we see in every show. Just to keep the brother exposed drama from giving life to the next 20 episodes?

And this whole idea of keeping things from the person you love and all in his interest! To protect him, so he is not hurt, blah blah blah...who buys that! I don't care for it. Sorry but my expectations were really higher for this show and unfortunately looks like thats gone now as they are just using the on screen chemistry of the main leads as to what holds us to the show. Nothing more! Please even though we drool with the hot and steamy scenes, we still want the story line and characters to remain strong. Speaking for myself here, don't know if anyone agrees!

even i found it bad on geet's part coz maan reads her very correctly.........he knws wht she thinks and wht she wants.......dis is d time whn u should appreciate his concern and let him knw d whole truth.........

in future if the truth comes out den wht?????? aaj dukh hoga to kal bhi hoga...........den y nt today.......at least make ur point clear and relation strong..........wht can b worst den tell him dat she was preg........just name and phn no...........dats all...........are usko bura lagna hota to y would he ask abt dis.......he genuinely wants to punish d guy.........it would have been better if she told him everything.........atleast ye to bol sakti hai na ki pls dont worry abt dat........i cant c u hurt anymore.......he will understand..........

Thanks for creating the topic. You've voiced my opinion as well. He loves her selflessly, Can't she see that?? Then what's the need to lie & hide?? I fail to understand the logic. CV's logic is that she's hiding the truth so that he'll be tension free & happy,Really??? so what happens, when he finds out that his beloved was not being entirely truthful to him?

Exactly my point, why make Geet's character so confused, weak and stereotypical like other shows. She should have trust in Maan's love and why think she is protecting him now! The cat is already out of the bag as far as the main issues, pregnancy, family etc..now the pooch is left and they will use it to drag the story with what will later on be perceived as deception, misunderstanding by Maan. Oh well, for now we are hooked and will continue to watch for a while till...

Also when he said geet tum such keh rahi hon na with soo much love, she said ji, thank you!! and hume abh chal na chaiye. Yuk!! A hug would have been so much better, more appreciative and loving. What happened to both their love, I don't mean passion and steamy stuff. But just love, where you express your feelings. Why is Geet holding back and still running?

i also agree.its becoming like other daily soaps whr evry thing remains hidden.i want geet to tell verything to maan becos he will nvr misunderstand her.hope the cv's make it different

I guess CVs are plotting another misunderstanding between MaanEet. Geet told a Lie to Maan which Maan hates. She is going to lie about the number as well. lol

mujhe us scene pe bhi bohot ghussa aya tha...jab maan ne station pe etna sab kaha geet tum ring ke sath meri pori dunia peche chor aai ti...tab bhi bhag rahi thi geet, phir ring pehnai tab bhi kuch nahi kaha ... at least wo hug to karti Maan ko...jo krna bhi chaye tha 😕

plz dun throw chappals @ me but the only unique character in this show is MSK...different 4rm other serials....geet abi se nahi i think delhi ane k bd se uska character aise dumb portray kar rahe hain CVs...
party wale incident ke baad geet ne maan ko nai batya sasha tasha ka...sari usko tasha ne di ti at lest ye to bata sakti ti....but nahi wo chup rahi...aur bhi kafi baaten hain ....Sorry kisi ko hurt karna intention nahi just my POV
