geet looked up to his face and noticed something wasn't right with him
maan felt weak in his legs
he couldn't stand anymore and almost collapsed to the ground
geet made him sit on the wet ground
and was horiffied to see a big red spot on maan's shirt

she quickly took off his alraedy unbuttonrd waist coat
she hesitated to take his shirt off but then seeing the blood unbuttoned it as well and took it off
maan kept staring at her and let her do what she was doing without hesitation or stopping her
he was lost in her touch
she then tore her dupatta and wrapped it around his waist to stop the blood

geet:meri wajah say yeh sub hua
aaj aap ki yeh haalat na hoti agar mmay he na hoti

maan cut her and said
maan: geet chup... ab aik lafz b aur nai

this made maan feel like was the king of all hapinesses

he tried getting up but geet had started laughing

maan:tum mujhay is haalt may dekh rahi ho laikin phir b meri madad karnay ki bajai mujh pr hans

geet: hum ghar b chalay gay aur may aap ki madad b karu ge laikin pehlay aap apnay kapray tou

maan then noticed that he wasn't wearing his shirt and remembered that geet had taken it off to
wrap her dupatta around his waist to stop his bleeding
tried getting up but he was stil feeling weak and about to fall when geet supported
him and helped him to stand. maan smiled

maan: may chahta hu k hum hamesha yuhi aik dusray ka sahara banay rahay
geet: g ap nay kuch kaha?
maan: nahi kuch nai

geet bent down and picked up maan's shirt and waist coat
she handed them to maan but he refused to take it

geet:aap kya kar rahay ho
aap ko thand lag jai ge
yeh pehan lijeay

maan moved towards geet and closed the distance between them
he held her waist with one hand and carressd her cheek with the other
geet started breathing heavily
maan enjoyed watching his effect on her
then he moved his face closer to her and there lips were inches away from each other

maan: geet tum meri itni fikar kyu karti ho?
geet didn't know how to answer him
she just remained quiet and looked down
but that also didn't help because she was looking at his bare chest
then she loked at the ground

maan: geet meri taraf dekho

geet didn't look up
maan put his finger below her chin and lifted it
geet looked into maan's eyes and saw the warmth,love and passion in them

maan: geet bolo na
geet: agar may yehi sawal aap say puchu tou???
maan: hmmm geet (he held her hand) may tumhary fikar is leay karta hu kyu k...

geet was looking in his eyes with utmst curiosity and and her heart was beating very fast against
her chest and hope in her heart

he took his shirt from geet but was having difficulty wearing it

she then buttoned the shirt

they both then started walking towards maan's car
geet was helping him in walking
they reached the car

rickshaw driver: maden g rickshaw thek ho gya hay
geet was about to say something when maan spoke

maan: madem ko rickshaw nai chaheay ab
RD: acha madem... tou kiraya?
geet: kitna bna hay bhai g?
RD: assi (80) rupay
maan: yeh lijeay
geet:per maan may day rahi hu na ap ko dainay ki zaruray nahi hay
maan:(to RD) thek hay bhai sahab ap jaiyay
(to geet) geet choro issay. sirf 80 rupees he tou thay
ab chalo gahr. dadimaa hamara intezar kar rahi hay

he opened the passenger door for her and then sat in the drivers seat after putting her luggage in
the back seat
maan looked at geet she was feeling nervous and was fidling with her dupatta

maan: kya hua geet?
geet: dadi maa ko pata hay?
maan:kya?
geet: yehi k may ghar chor kar gai thi?
maan: han. jb may tumhara letter purh raha tha tou us k baad dadi maa ai thi
may nay unhay btaya k kya hua
geet was shocked to hear this
she looked at him
