Singer Swarnalatha dies

Award winning singer Swarnalatha has died. News bulletins say she died in hospital of a lung infection for which she had been receiving treatment for a year. She had not sung since the ailment began. She was only 37.
Swarnalatha has sung many memorable songs. May her soul rest in peace.
