I'm sorry, but the lack of love in childhood doesn't promote you to do all the horrible things that Tapasya has done. Sure, she could've been treated differently, and Taps has the right to be upset. but acting in that kind of manner is asinine.

You can't kill a person because of that reason. You can't STEAL because of that reason. Stealing totally shows the flaws in her (or the character).

I understand the jealousy, but the attempted murder + stealing is really over the top.

done consciously? no...not so. The stealing was a majboori even if it was wrong and yes the murder attempt was done because of her hatred for ichha whcih had reached such a point it had become dangerous. Try to understand the internal workings of the brain. Are all murderers evil? No. There are in many cases a series of unfortunate circumstances that make them such. In tapu's case it was ten year long insecurity and hatred fuelled by nani. The poison needs to be siphoned out of her mind first.
