So got bored at work and started to google Ahem's name. Aham which is sanskrit for Ahem(I think) means Ego. So perfect for Ahem character. However, I found out more meanings of his name which also sort of explain his character. So just like his name, Ahem witness everything, Gopi's good nature, her good motive, her innocence and her presence, yet he is unaffected and remains who he is as a whole. A egoistic angry young man that has no time for anyone but his mother and his work.
"Aham signifies Paripuurnathvam (wholeness). It is not subject to change on account oftime, place or circumstances. Aham has another meaning, namely Saakshi (Witness). This meansthat the Divine is a witness to everything--in the past, the present and the future. But he remains unaffected by any of these."
So, then I got thinking and googled Gopi. And what do I find??? Well as we all know, Gopis were all the ladies that had great devotion and love towards Krishna. There bhakti was so powerful and pure that Lord Krishna even bow down to them. They hold the power of love and devotion. However, the numerological meaning of Gopi is
"People with this name tend to be balanced, and receptive to cooperation. They are the ideal partner and seek peace. It is important for them to learn how to speak up, or they may be taken advantage of. Sometimes they can get stuck on too many details and have feelings of loneliness."
She is the ideal partner and always seeks peace. However, like her numerlogical meaning, she needs to learn to speak up because she is being taken advantage. Her inablity to speak has caused her loneliness. Nevertheless, our lovely Gopi like Lord Krinshan's Gopis will win with love and devotion, Ahem will surely melt him away.
