Anupamaa: Rajini demands half of the redevelopment share of Anupama's chawl

In tonight's episode of Anupama, she arrives at Rajini's place and is taken aback by how grand the house looks. She feels genuinely happy, believing that Rajini has achieved all this through sheer dedication and effort. While talking, Anupama finds out that it's Rajini's birthday. She feels bad for not knowing earlier, as she would have brought a cake for her. Rajini, however, is simply delighted to see Anupama walk in. Anupama wishes her warmly, and Rajini expresses that she wants to celebrate her special day with her.

Rajini Opens Up About Her Loneliness and Family Strain

Anupama wonders why Rajini is choosing to spend her birthday with her instead of her family. Rajini confesses that her life has become lonely, and she longs for someone with whom she can share her feelings. Anupama offers her some sweets she brought along, and Rajini enjoys them wholeheartedly.

Meanwhile, Rahi is deeply troubled about Mahi's situation. Prem tries to calm her down, reminding her that they have already warned Mahi against marrying Gautam. Back at Rajini's home, she serves Anupama a meal and opens up about her past. She says her home used to be filled with people and laughter, but those days are gone. Now the silence feels heavy. Anupama relates to her, saying that loneliness can be deeply painful. Rajini adds that she dislikes going back home these days because she knows no one is waiting for her.

Anupama gently tries to shift the topic and asks when Rajini's daughter will return. Rajini avoids the question by giving an excuse. When asked about her son, she says he is tied up with his work. She then shares that she wants him to get married soon, hoping that a daughter-in-law will bring joy and brightness into their lives. Anupama teases that any daughter-in-law would be terrified by Rajini's strong personality, and Rajini laughs, saying she would treat her like royalty.

Rajini admits that although she holds a powerful position, people usually stay around her only for their own benefit. She asks Anupama how she deals with being on her own. Back at Rajini's home, she tells Anupama that it has been years since she genuinely laughed on her birthday. Hearing that, Anupama secretly plans a small surprise to make the day even more special. Ansh Breaks Down as the Shah Family Debates His Future

At the Shah house, Ansh returns. Everyone gathers around to ask about his food stall. Overwhelmed, Ansh breaks down in front of the family. Paritosh and Pakhi bluntly tell him to look for a proper job instead. Hasmuk steps in and reminds everyone that earning for the family is not solely Ansh's responsibility. Meanwhile, Pakhi feels excited thinking that Ishani might soon achieve fame.

Later, Rajini again opens up to Anupama, telling her that despite everything she has, she feels completely alone. She tearfully admits that her daughter holds resentment toward her. Anupama asks the reason, and Rajini reveals that her children blame her for prioritising her status and authority over her family, which breaks her heart. Anupama comforts her and tries to reassure her.

Anupama Gets Inspired to Encourage Pari’s Creativity

Rajini then informs Anupama about an upcoming "best-out-of-waste" exhibition being organised by women living in the slums. She invites Anupama to come along with her. Hearing this, Anupama suddenly gets a new idea and becomes excited. Rajini asks what she thought of, but Anupama doesn't reveal it yet and heads back home.

Once home, Anupama encourages Pari to pick up her work again, saying there's something special she wants to do. Bharti asks her about her plan, and Anupama shares that she aims to bring Pari's creativity and skills to the forefront. She explains her idea to Bharti just as the episode comes to an end.
