Hum Tum is one of my favorite movies.

What's so special about it?!
Well, due to this film, I love Saif-Rani's duo. They have beautiful chemistry in this film, and I cannot imagine anyone else in their roles. Saif did full justice to Karan, whiles Rani was fabulous as Rhea. Definitely one of their best performances according to me.
Also, the movie is not the regular love story, where a girl and boy meet, they fall in love, their families disapprove, and at the end they come running into each others arms and live happily-ever after.
Hum Tum is different; it shows how a relationship evolves in a span of many years. How a guy and girl mature from disliking each other to eventually falling in love.
The film also has realistic factors. The movie portrays the true characteristics of a guy and girl; Karan, initially, is a careless man, who lusts after women, whiles Rhea is responsible and hates men with disgusting behaviors. It also shows the reality of relationships; how everything is not picture perfect, and how people do have *ahem ahem* before marriage.

So yeah, these are few reasons why I think this movie is special. Sure, it's not some fantastic, mind-boggling movie, but it's one of beautiful love-story. I think, it's one of the best out there :)

great direction, acting, screenplay plus refreshing although sadenned by the fact that this was infact a remake of a hollywood film but it was a great one! i am pretty sure the hindi version wid the fun cartoons, the cute saif plus all the fights between the ideologies of two genders is much better!

I have hated Hum tum myself! Saif looks like a Srk wannabe in the movie and Rani makes her cliched faces and does her half kkhh and half routine from other random YRF.. The only decent performances in the movie are of Kirron kher's and Rishi kapoor is fine too. The most memroable dialgoue from the movie is...

Hum Tum isn't one of the best films made but I did like it, Rani and Saif were cute together and I loved the songs.
