Who will do the double cross Taps or Rats?

I read that one new person will enter Taps life. It is said that he is a smart businessman, which means, will he have negative flavour? Will he be a cut throat business man who will go to any extent? Who is going to cheat whom ? Will Taps cheat Raghuveer ( Rats) or Rats will cheat Taps?
