We all know Choti Maa was the main villian in Jyotis life when she was in Vasishth's house. She hated Jyoti for power. She made Jyoti's life hell in Vasishth's house. Though for Jyoti's condition CM was not the only person responsible but others were too (Brij, Panakj,Jyoti herself).
Now Jyoti's this new household also has a character Chachi Sa who is a villian like CM . She is also an widow , her problem with Jyoti is also power.
