I think! Bauji's father [Kavya's great-grandfather] had an extra-marital affair! Thus he had another family that Kavya and the rest of the family doesn't know about. AND Iqbal will bauji's half-brother's grandson! And Bauji doesn't want anyone to know about this because he doesn't want his father's name to be disgraced... hehe.. well, it could be a possibility.. 😛
