umm its a difficult choice cuz all the actors in the show seem as if they are born to take dese roles..i wud say that yes definately anumpanji is the best actor but he is an excellent, exceptional actor who has already proven himself..thats why id name my list to the new comers/breakthroughs so my picks are:

Asmita

Anupam and Asmita are selected over Pooja because they get less screen space than Pooja but they portray their character well and never went overboard so far...
Parvathi and Kalpana are in tie...

If I have to pick not-so-good actor, it would be Ankit.
