If I have to pick top 3 actors in this show but not the characters, then I would select all A's.
in the order of best performance

Arhan
Anupam
Asmita

Anupam and Asmita are selected over Pooja because they get less screen space than Pooja but they portray their character well and never went overboard so far...
Parvathi and Kalpana are in tie...

If I have to pick not-so-good actor, it would be Ankit.
