😆If it were not AR Rehman, Taal wud have been a long forgotten story even if Subash Ghai directed it and Aishwarya was the heroine. The credit goes to AR Rehman, it was he who redefined Sukhwinder by making him sing for his wonderful compositions, Subash Ghai won't come into picture abt who has to sing and how many days he has to sing😆, atleast when AR Rehman is composing. Plz don't bring SaReGaMa and Karunya doesn't need a yes from Subash Ghai, we all know how much he can sing👏

Indian Idol is not about SRGMP and who sang what there. It is nneither about S.Ghai or AR Rehman. it is about who sang what here and how well they sung it. All I know is that Karunya just took the song to another world when he sung it.

I just heard the SRGMP version. I find Karunya's version better than the SRGMP version. I had never heard that before. There is no competition even between the guy who sung the song in SRGMP and Karunya.

well pragati with due respect to ur views...i request u to listen to SRGMP (Hema's) version again and carefully.

I am die hard fan of karunya and hema still I want u to listen it again instead of only a fan of karu and keeping karu in mind...if u keep karu in mind then u get biased so be neutral as a true music lover...u will realise.

and importantly those who says subhash ghai is not musician or singer.....i request them to check their premises. As a producer and director he is the only one who dictates abt wht he want with due knowledge of the area. For ur information the "jogi" word in this song is sung 23 times with 23 different ways as insisted by subhash ghai's and he made sukhwinder and AR Rahaman to rehearse it for 5 days consistently and thats the reason this song has came out so nicely.

yes,karunya singz very very well without ne effort,i mean how perfect can sum1 b in deir singing..n he singz so well,he shud go in top 2 with Sandeep, n anuj shud b out of this show!

The song was not done full justice. the song rmata jogi if i remember correctly was once sung in SRGMP and when i heard it was awsome, even subash ghai was spellbound.

Today when karu was singing the same song .. i dint feel tht depth and feeling, and if you listen original song once agian and then listen today's episode song.

you will find many many mistakes....
